一直都聽朋友讚賞CHALET呢間餐廳,今日終於有機會試下。大約六點幾來到食晚餐,未算好多人,唔洗排隊就可以入去。叫左兩個set dinner,有前菜,餐湯,主菜同埋甜品,飲品就唔包括。餐湯係西蘭花湯。夠濃又滑!前菜分別叫左法式肝醬配脆片,吞拿魚配三文魚子。 肝醬有濃濃嘅肝味,配脆片好開胃,而且唔油膩。吞拿魚同三文魚子都好新鮮,”眼仔”仲識得向上。主菜就叫左法式油封鴨腿配鴨胸+芒果香橙莎莎,阿拉斯加黑鱈魚+帶子昆布湯。鴨胸油脂味重,中意食就覺得好好食。而鴨腿就啖啖肉,較少油份,外皮煎到好脆。另外鱈魚比一般較滑身,配埋帶子昆布湯,有種好配合嘅感覺,大家都係海中食物,互相輝映。至於甜品,就係麵包布甸,賣相不錯,而且好好食。配搭一杯Margarita, 味道提升了不少!總括而言,食物質素不錯!

第一次黎呢間小木屋 環境好舒服! 首先嚟咗個南瓜湯配麵包。之後點左一個蟹肉餅,成個蟹肉餅有外脆內軟嘅感覺,檸檬汁配襯住啖啖的蟹肉,超好味。另外左白酒忌廉煮青口配麵脆片,個忌廉味好濃 但又唔會遮住左個白酒味,而且青口夠滑,d肉又有咬感,配埋呢個扁身酥脆煙韌嘅麵包,簡直係一流。主菜叫咗個牛扒配龍蝦,牛扒肉味濃郁,中間仲係好粉嫩,肉汁鮮嫩。至於個魚就比較淡,成個汁都係冇咩味咁,而且魚都唔係滑身嗰種,所以就普普通通啦。生日係有驚喜嘅,佢話碟都畫得咁唔錯,所以呢個係有加分嘅。
