📍陳儀興尚潮樓Came here specifically for their raw marinated crab. It is very different from the Korean and Shanghainese types. Korean‘s are sweet and Shanghainese are salty or with alcohol. Chiu Chow style is on the salty side but full of garlic and cilantro. The quality of the crab here is superb. Look at the amount of roe! With the strong marinate, you won’t taste any fishy taste. Came here specifically for their raw marinated crab. It is very different from the Korean and Shanghainese types. Korean‘s are sweet and Shanghainese are salty or with alcohol. Chiu Chow style is on the salty side but full of garlic and cilantro.

The quality of the crab here is superb. Look at the amount of roe! With the strong marinate, you won’t taste any fishy taste. It might be a good start for people who want to try raw crab but is scared.

The other dishes are just average. The fried stuffed chicken wings is damn bad! It’s not the stuffed chicken wing that people expect. It’s very oily and tasted very bland.

If you go, just go for their 潮汕毒藥.

Revisit: 6/10 (9/10 for the marinated crab)
