行完花墟買了心頭好後,經過呢間#陳儀興尚潮樓 ,好耐都冇食過潮州菜,一於趁早未有咁多人嘅時候食左飯先。餐廳樓底高有兩層,燈光明亮裝修優雅,潮州菜專門店。除左基本有的茶類外,我地特別點左凍的老藥吉,有柑吉味帶甜酸的,飲落開胃消膩☺️。點左魚露浸花甲,花甲鮮甜又大隻,肉質有嚼勁,配上魚露的鹹香味,將其鮮味帶出,令人一隻接一隻地食😚。潮州紅燒翅🫕,紅燒翅非常足料,翅很杰身又濃郁,入口滑而不膩,配上香醋同芫荽,加入食又另有一番風味,但都是原味是最好味的😚。豆醬煮黃花魚🐠,豆醬是餐廳自家制的, 咸道剛剛好,魚新鮮又大條,肉質鮮嫩味鮮甜,老友都大讚啊👍。這裏選擇夠多,趁中秋佳節訂定位跟一家人食番餐,團圓👨‍👨‍👧‍👦團圓飯👩‍👩‍👧‍‍!

這裏選擇夠多,趁中秋佳節訂定位跟一家人食番餐,團圓👨‍👨‍👧‍👦團圓飯👩‍👩‍👧‍‍!

寫此食評之前,大概半年前曾經試過外賣滷水鵝,可惜滷水味淡,欠缺風味,大失所望。 今次因為朋友推薦,於是決定再給它一次機會,試清楚功架,可惜飽受二重打擊。究竟是不幸,還是我舌頭的問題?見好多人特地推薦,而且菜式少見,於是一早訂位時預留瀨尿蝦。 瀨尿蝦體積蠻細小的,由麻油、蒜頭同鹹味主導。瀨尿蝦肉稍甜、肉少,風味欠奉又無層次,性價比低。這個蜆就更失望了。只有鹹醬油跟油味。味淡又油膩,相信普通家庭都做得比它好,難以置信。再一次嚐試其拿手滷水,可惜跟第一次經驗無別。 滷水味淡,肉都還未入味,肉質還好,最好食反而是鵝肉以外的餸料。蠔餅通常食潮州菜必點菜式之一。看上去彷彿香脆,但真相是麵糊很厚,油膩非常,真的吃到懷疑人生!苦瓜腩肉煲。 只有兩三塊腩肉?近百元一煲,看外表已經缺乏食慾了,是師傅狀態有差嗎?總括全晚,沒有一道菜滿意。普遍菜式只有鹹味同一口油。 雖然服務態度非常殷勤,但食物質素之低真的令人費解。如斯價錢,如斯環境,配此等質量的食物實在非常浪費。

見好多人特地推薦,而且菜式少見,於是一早訂位時預留瀨尿蝦。 瀨尿蝦體積蠻細小的,由麻油、蒜頭同鹹味主導。瀨尿蝦肉稍甜、肉少,風味欠奉又無層次,性價比低。

總括全晚,沒有一道菜滿意。普遍菜式只有鹹味同一口油。 雖然服務態度非常殷勤,但食物質素之低真的令人費解。如斯價錢,如斯環境,配此等質量的食物實在非常浪費。
