今日同朋友嚟到附近gathering,見到呢間越南餐廳好似都唔錯,而且午餐set選擇非常多,所有嘢飲,包括特飲都唔洗加錢💯我哋一行五人,每人都嗌咗一個lunch set,另外仲嗌咗一個小食拼盤😆lunch set我嗌咗海鮮蝦醬炒飯同龍眼冰🤗炒飯夠哂大份,一個女仔應該唔會食得哂😂入面有唔同嘅海鮮,好似係魷魚、蝦、青口同帶子🦑🦐加入咗蝦醬去炒,食落口有啖啖嘅咸香味☺️龍眼冰夠哂消暑,而且甜度適中👍🏼小食拼盤包括有蒸粉包,雞翼同春卷...雞翼同春卷雖然都係炸,但係唔會好油膩👍🏼不過份量都唔足夠個人share😟2-3人會比較好

自從有咗地鐵之後確實真係多咗去黃埔食飯,黃埔紅磡一帶真係好多美食,今日就選擇咗依間餐廳坐位都舒服,唔會有壓迫感晚餐有set選擇,我地就一人㨂一個睇落已經俾佢色澤吸引,好多金邊粉得個顏色,食落可以冇味嘅,但依個又唔錯喎,酸酸甜甜咁,炒得亦好香,好食湯底夠濃味,但唔會死鹹,而豬扒都醃得入味,肉質都唔會好鞋,整體係不錯嘅我地套餐外仲叫多左個雞翼,真係幾香蒜蓉味喎,雞肉都仲可以保持嫩滑,外脆內軟👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼最後飲返個鹹檸梳打,爽~今餐都好滿足了

今日獨家村食飯,諗住求其食碗麵就算,記得有friend推介過越南野,就來試試早安越南啦。一個人嗌唔到多啲乜,嗌咗個雞絲扎肉河粉,扎肉仲要係厚切㗎,好有口感,雞絲嫩滑又唔會好硬,吸收晒成個湯嘅精華,最重要係個湯底,唔會好似勁味精但又好鮮甜,有越南風味。另外嗌咗個翡翠貴妃苗,呢個貴妃苗唔係間間都有,仲要炒得好有鑊氣,又健康又唔老。嘢飲就嗌左個青檸梳打,不過不失,係一餐滿意嘅獨家村晚餐。而服務方面,侍應會不停為你添加水而且會為你講解餸菜嘅名稱非常專業。

今天和朋友出來吃飯來了幾次感覺這裡的食物很乾淨很好吃,覺得這裡值得一等,服務也是一流的,和藹可親。越式炒金邊粉單從賣相就能得出高分,這款炒金邊絲很香很地道,吃起來卡卡響很有節奏感,味道很好,真的很香脆。凍咖啡香濃的咖啡味,瞬間讓人提神不少,一直都是喝熱咖啡,今天喝凍咖啡別有一番風味。蛋黃黃咖喱軟殼蟹有股誘人的咖喱味,配上蛋黃色澤養眼,咸香十足的軟殼蟹很入味,口齒留香這種感覺真好。青木瓜沙律青木瓜有股淡淡的清香吃著甘甜爽口,沙律口感順滑,很養胃。朋友第一次來也感覺這裡好,她說這麼親民的地方,坐得舒服,吃著舒心。

今次和女友找了這間高質越南菜一試,地點位於地鐵站旁,非常方便。餐廳很大,裝修也很有越南風,貼滿很多有關越南的posters 。生蝦刺身首先叫了個頭盤,生蝦非常新鮮,入口非常爽口,而且非常大隻,比一般的泰國餐廳水準還高。軟腳蟹沙律木瓜沙律酸酸辣辣的,非常開胃,而且木瓜絲清甜爽口,口感一流。配上它的酥口軟腳蟹,完全不覺得有殻,炸得非常香酥,配搭真的一流。豬頸肉河豬頸肉煎得很香口,外酥內軟,加上豬頸肉原本的爽口感覺,真是非常好味,配上它清淡的雞湯河粉,讓人停不了口。再叫多一杯青檸梳打,真是滿足!
