我自己覺得係九龍城食潮州菜水準ok,最緊要方便門口有代客泊車生日嗌咗隻凍蟹四個人食咗一隻30兩絕對夠食,下次嗌細啲蠔仔餅做法但係換成九肚魚都非常好食糖醋麵我朋友話30年冇食過大家吃識得開心我就開心

這餐廳的上一手也是潮州餐廳, 應該也是同一班班底處理, 餐廳裝修相對光鮮, 空間感十足, 相比起如樂口福等經典吃得舒服. 九龍城除了泰國菜外, 潮州菜也相當出名, 除了潮州菜餐廳外, 也有如黃明記及和記隆等潮州小食.主菜的滷水系列及魚飯水準一般, 沒有太大過失, 但也沒有驚為天人之感, 魚飯用上馬友, 鹹鮮度可以缺乏了魚油凝聚的油香和膠感. 滷水不夠香, 味道較為平淡, 拼盤的份量, 特別是鵝肉片可以再多一點, 鵝肝入味但筋甚多, 吃起來有點吃力.小菜的炸蝦棗夠香脆, 皮夠薄, 內餡蝦肉粒粒分明, 蝦鮮味不錯, 以魚露作伴已夠入味. 韭菜豬肉煎粿是印象最深刻的, 豬肉有肉汁, 糯米皮外脆內煙韌, 再加上澎湃的內餡份量, 相比起來更為出色.

Dinner. Same owner as its predecessor「品潮軒」, which we enjoyed.Here’s what we had. 生醃螄蚶·膏蟹 ·牡丹蝦, none of which I tried. Not a fan. (Unfortunately missed the window for 薄殼)涵水拼盤, including 鵝肉、珍肝、掌翼、豆腐 etc flavorful but not salty; meat was tender. 滷水崩沙牛腩- again meat was tender, fat evenly distributed. 凍中馬友- very very good.涼瓜燉飽魚湯- normally not a fan of 涼瓜 but this soup had no bitter taste at all.潮州紅燒翅- quite substantial.髮菜卷·脆皮蠔卷·錦鋰蝦. Loved 髮菜卷; the other 2 were soso only. 豉油王海南吊片- very tender.香煎水瓜烙- not oily; delightfully light.糖醋兩百黃伊麵- crispy exterior; soft inside.Dessert was 清心丸綠豆爽 and 反沙芋條. Too full to take photos.In summary: another 有水準 Chiu Chow restaurant in the Kowloon City area. Excellent service.

聽講這間潮州菜很難訂枱,一直好想試下今日終於可以和朋友去試吓首先一來到坐下服務員就會奉上功夫茶還推介了幾樣嘢食我叫咗生醃瀨尿蝦♥️陳皮花膠湯鵝肉鵝肝拼鵝腸紫菜墨魚丸河陳年老菜脯粥🥣家鄉炒麵線炸南瓜芋頭烙福果芋泥全部都係高質至愛😋😋😋最後要稱讚一下服務員經常很細心地斟茶還會問我覺不覺得冷氣涼還會提供毛氈👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

這是媽媽的生日飯,非常失望。我們自己買了芝士蛋糕來,侍應竟然將蛋糕反轉來切,餐廳亦把蛋糕雪到硬晒,我們向餐廳經理反映,她竟然說我們帶的是雪糕蛋糕,所以帶來的時候已經是這樣,認真無語。另一位侍應又把水倒瀉水朋友身上。服務差勁。食物水準還可以,但一定不會再來,亦不會介紹朋友來。
