老公成日話想食潮汕火鍋,今次同佢黎左呢間潮城潮汕火鍋試下。入到餐廳,職員很親切地安排座位,然後講解不同部位的牛肉同教你煮幾多秒就可以食,很細心。我地點左牛骨湯底,味道清甜。當然唔少得就係呢度招牌牛肉啦,我就點左匙柄(大),肉塊有厚道,肉質嫩滑鮮味唔鞋,而且牛味香濃,果然好好食。新鮮牛筯腩亦是我打邊爐必選,牛筯的膠質軟滑,是有驚喜,質素上乘。豬肉芹菜餃及豬肉韮菜餃都很好吃,皮薄餡靚,唔覺得有味精。獅頭鵝肉丸肉味濃郁,好彈牙,正。炸響鈴都不錯,色澤金黃,香脆又不油膩。我地還點了炸墨魚丸小食,炸魚皮同娃娃菜,都是非常有質素。店內乾淨企理,冷氣夠凍,食物質素很好,仲有大電視,真係好relax, 下次一定會再encore。
