打潮汕牛肉鍋,使乜上深圳,旺角白布街新開咗一間正宗潮汕火鍋店,今日就去試吓。店舖分兩層,座位尚算寬敞。店員將配料車仔直接推倒客人枱前,不用自己出去拎,夠晒方便。醬汁配料有多款,蔥、蒜泥,芫荽,辣椒…可根據個人喜好調配。我們叫了牛骨湯底:用大量牛骨加入其他香料熬製而成,都幾濃郁。匙仁:即是肩胛肉,肉質嫩滑。三花趾:紋理細嫩,筋膜少,有嚼勁。炸牛筋丸:一口咬下,彈牙多汁。牛黃喉:冇乜特別味道,食口感超爽脆。豬肉韭菜餃 : 味道正常,好大隻。還要了淮山和油麥菜,兩個人食份量啱啱好。

打潮汕牛肉鍋,使乜上深圳,旺角白布街新開咗一間正宗潮汕火鍋店,今日就去試吓。
店舖分兩層,座位尚算寬敞。店員將配料車仔直接推倒客人枱前,不用自己出去拎,夠晒方便。醬汁配料有多款,蔥、蒜泥,芫荽,辣椒…可根據個人喜好調配。
我們叫了牛骨湯底:用大量牛骨加入其他香料熬製而成,都幾濃郁。
匙仁:即是肩胛肉,肉質嫩滑。
三花趾:紋理細嫩,筋膜少,有嚼勁。
炸牛筋丸:一口咬下,彈牙多汁。
牛黃喉:冇乜特別味道,食口感超爽脆。
豬肉韭菜餃 : 味道正常,好大隻。
還要了淮山和油麥菜,兩個人食份量啱啱好。
