港漂9年,这家真的是我吃过5678次的绝绝子港式打边炉。一吃就知道老板肯定是吃货,用的食材太新鲜了。牛肉肯定是新鲜的,感觉入口即化,奶香浓郁。普宁豆腐和我在潮州吃过的口感一模一样。就连饺子云吞这样的普通食材也做得超用心,粒粒饱满又弹牙。特地问了服务员为啥这么好吃,服务员小哥哥说每一颗饺子云吞都是现点现包。服务也还不错,是四眼哥哥为我们服务,感觉他为人很风趣,并不像评论说得那么差昵~爸爸妈妈年纪大了,都不爱吃有味精有添加的食物,它家的番茄汤底,爸爸妈妈居然每人喝了两碗,我自己也超爱。总的来说是吃得称心如意的一餐! continue reading

開工第一日,約佐班同事兼好友食開年飯,我哋揀咗係公司附近打邊爐,有意想不到既驚喜!首先餐廳環境好好啦,係我食過咁多餐廳中較出眾既,服務質數都幾好。我地揀佐唔同口味鍋底,蕃茄、芫茜皮蛋、麻辣等,湯底都好足料,直接飲湯都得。小食有鹹蛋黃炸魚皮,口感酥鬆,鹹蛋黃啱啱好,唔會滯!還有潮汕炸豆腐,外皮金黃酥脆,內裏嫩滑又帶有少少米香,口感好特別啊!牛肉好新鮮,非常鮮嫩!啲餃子雲吞都係現包,粒粒飽滿彈牙~我地仲嗌佐龍蝦刺身,真係好鮮甜,食物水準高。而且真係食得好飽。係香港環境又好食物又好既打邊爐我真心覺得呢間好正!意想不到既驚喜係竟然可以唱K! continue reading

朋友临时兴起喊大家一起吃饭,在湾仔一家火锅店,本以为只是普通火锅,没想到真的完全超出预期!!!首先所有食材非常新鲜,看得出老板老板真的下了本是追求品质的!!牛肉,每一片都可以吃出奶香的味道,还有咸蛋黄鱼皮,哪怕空嘴吃也非常的香!饺子也都即点即包!我们虽然坐在包间,但是服务生时不时就会进来看看需不需要添水,需不需要换盘子,很贴心!而且包厢里面还能唱卡拉OK音质完全不属KTV,感觉这里会成为我们经常聚会的地方! continue reading

食物品質不錯,海鮮刺身新鮮,其他火鍋配料都可以。但性價比略嫌低。點了6人餐,份量好少,每款食物每人得一兩件。要另外加點先會飽,或者對於輕食的朋友會啱食。服務真是有待改善,尤其係是四眼侍應,讓人感覺非常不舒服、不快! continue reading
