籃神長輩退役多年,竟然與相差半世紀嘅XO仔一見如故,好玩愛食,麻雀馬仔就連波波都答得上,話題不盡!得悉上月家中只剩大小雙肥天天獨對,即相約晚聚開P,介紹佢覺得2024年最有水準嘅新餐廳「昌哥粵菜館」!以「昌哥」起名都估到佢來頭唔野少!原來主廚兼老闆昌哥先喺名中菜館(別號「三個女人」)後喺某大學同學會作廚,廚功絕對唔講得笑,唔怪得知餐牌上好多菜式都似曾相識啦!年初開幕嘅中菜廳位於老蘭對落一幢商廈二樓,樓底較矮,滿座時難免會有啲嘈雜。店子面積雖小,但勝在五臟俱全,大堂有電視睇,另有一間可容納上十四人嘅私人廂房。房間私隱度高,晚市最低消費設於合理嘅HK$5,000,服務生好客落力,必需一提嘅就係開瓶費為$50/樽,堅抵玩!主人家早已訂下九大簋菜單,盛設得很!皮蛋子薑($170/例):如相所示,打響頭炮嘅皮蛋件件光滑流心,子薑食落仲要係零渣,超!鳳尾蝦多士($128/半打):懷舊粵菜酥化香脆兼彈牙,每件多士上都有隻連蝦尾嘅蝦蝦,蝦多士咬落熱辣之餘仲一啲都唔油膩,香口尤甚,送酒一流!腿茸鷓鴣羹($220/四位):鷓鴣羹質感軟綿細嫩,鮮香甜美,柔潤不溜滯,一人飲兩碗絕對冇難度!陳皮蒸牛肉餅($16
