聽過昌哥粵菜館的名,地點位置中環,位置方便,在一棟舊大廈的二樓,私房菜的感覺餐廳內裝修光猛新淨,位置寬敞,枱枱之間有空間,唔會有好逼夾嘅感覺腿茸鷓鴣羹比較少有的湯羹,裡面有很多鷓鴣肉,口感豐富棉密,但連脂肪都打入去,有點油膩感覺,但味道好鳳尾蝦多士熱辣辣的多士,但真心普通,不值呢個價錢菠蘿咕嚕骨 較甜的一道咕嚕骨,但勝在夠脆,但色素較多皮蛋咸蛋蒸水蛋三色蛋,蒸水蛋夠滑,但沒有蛋香,只有豉油味琵琶豆腐扒生菜 琵琶豆腐是鯪魚肉釀豆腐,幾特別的一道菜椒鹽炒鮮魷好差的炒鮮魷,魷魚肉少,但脆皮太厚八寶鴨有特色的手工菜,但肉已經炆到比較腍,裡面很豐富

朋友推介這家專門做懷舊粵菜的小型中菜館,由味道、食物質素,以致服務和裝修都不錯,值得推薦。當中最有驚喜就是咕嚕肉,真的很久沒有吃到用山楂做醬汁的咕嚕肉,感覺很好,因為用山楂去做汁就不會有用醋或者其他替代品的焯喉嚨的酸。涼瓜牛肉和啫啫生菜煲味道也不錯,沒有味精,涼瓜、牛肉和生菜的食物質素也很好,很多時候簡單的菜式更能看到一家餐廳的誠意。另外我也很喜歡他們的南乳粗齋煲,南乳味剛剛好,不會因為太濃而滲出一陣酒味。甜品方面我們一齊選了蛋白杏仁茶,這個真的做得非常出色,杏仁夠香,而且最重要是沒有化學物質的味道,真正真材實料。

在中環返工,試新餐廳。-肚氣所以沒有影菜式。商務餐兩餸不包白飯,菜式非常普遍,多菜少肉。份量不合理地少,每一個餸份量比前菜還少。以一個中環女OL應該要order兩個餐才夠飽。味道非常一般,魚有腥味。職員一直趕客,坐多一會就叫你加餸。未食完就收碟。食完坐一陣再返公司又催你加甜品。勸大家不用試,浪費金錢。其實午市,主要做公司生意,份量吾多,味道又吾出色,服務又差,性價比低。就算公司約客人商務午餐也非常失禮。食了45分鐘走人。
