間鋪都係細細間,不過有地方比你企住食。

我地買咗四個,攞到果時都係熱辣辣嘅,唔會唔夠熱。

小心翼翼咁咬開一角,慢慢飲入面d湯汁。

唔知係未因為我太肚餓,真係覺得d湯汁好好飲,同埋個包煎得好好,底層焦脆,外皮又唔會太厚,內餡肉質鬆軟。真係幾好食。

講真,真係幾失望,跟朋友逛街肚餓要了個set lunch,包2個生煎包,一碗麵,1枝飲品,我選了炸醬麵和豆漿,價錢好像是$65。因為係開放式廚房,我看到店員拿了1包預先包裝好,透明袋密封包裝的炸醬,剪開後倒了進外賣碗裡,可見祥興記的的炸醬麵不是即製,感覺像吃即食麵。至於那包炸醬,是外購還是自家中央工場製造就不得而知了。至於這包即食炸醬,當然是冷冰冰的,一點香氣也沒有,麵就可能因為放太久了,已經成了一團麵餅不能拌勻,我自己加了點水才能拌到。生煎包呢,脆是很脆,湯汁很多,味道也不錯,但是很重油煙味,捧住外賣碗在街上吃,彷彿感受到廚房的油煙。豆漿不算很甜,豆味濃,竟然是set lunch裡最好吃的。

講真,真係幾失望,跟朋友逛街肚餓要了個set lunch,包2個生煎包,一碗麵,1枝飲品,我選了炸醬麵和豆漿,價錢好像是$65。
因為係開放式廚房,我看到店員拿了1包預先包裝好,透明袋密封包裝的炸醬,剪開後倒了進外賣碗裡,可見祥興記的的炸醬麵不是即製,感覺像吃即食麵。至於那包炸醬,是外購還是自家中央工場製造就不得而知了。

食完lunch經過祥興記又未飽就嗌咗盒生煎包外賣翻公司食 話說祥興記就係同事介紹食過一次咁大把,印象中係好食既!唔知今次外賣翻到去又會係咩味先!買到翻公司差不多15分鐘車程,望上去賣相仲好正溫度仲係暖既 即刻食舊試下先!第一淡咬落去已經爆咗好多汁出黎,外脆內軟皮唔厚,肉質都算嫩既 味道就咸咗小小 個人接受到 之後第二淡肉汁係繼續有既 呢個係幾意外 通常爆一次肉汁就無乜同乾哂總結,外賣翻到公司食都咁好食 如果即刻食既應該不得了!

很久之前在一個FoodCourt裡認識祥興的生煎包,而最近才發現中環有分店,所以就決定午餐的時候再去嚐嚐! 中環這家分店就只有企位,吃著吃著也漸漸的擠滿了人呢⋯本來就很愛吃餃子包類的我,對祥興的生煎包實在毫無抵抗力!「皮薄、汁多、餡鮮、底脆」寫在宣傳照上的標籤,個人認為真的樣樣都真確 哈哈!首先要在招牌生煎包的頂部咬下一小口,把膨湃的肉汁給喝下(應該說是湯嗎),再慢慢品嚐香脆又厚薄適中的皮,  和鮮嫩超多汁的肉!另外還點了一份麻醬菜肉餛飩!菜肉餛飩的皮很薄,而菜肉的餡料也不少。上面的麻醬很香,充滿花生醬的感覺,再加入蔥粒點綴,整體還不錯吃的。我想過了不消一會又會為了招牌生煎包再要回頭光顧了。

本來就很愛吃餃子包類的我,對祥興的生煎包實在毫無抵抗力!
「皮薄、汁多、餡鮮、底脆」寫在宣傳照上的標籤,個人認為真的樣樣都真確 哈哈!


首先要在招牌生煎包的頂部咬下一小口,把膨湃的肉汁給喝下(應該說是湯嗎
),再慢慢品嚐香脆又厚薄適中的皮,
  和鮮嫩超多汁的肉!

另外還點了一份麻醬菜肉餛飩!菜肉餛飩的皮很薄,而菜肉的餡料也不少。
上面的麻醬很香,充滿花生醬的感覺,再加入蔥粒點綴,整體還不錯吃的。

劣食指數: ★★☆☆☆早在去年於上海嘗到當地傳統的生煎包後,便一直想在香港找回同樣的味道,奈何這間生煎包是預早煎好,底部煎得不夠脆,甚至有點硬,跟上海那些即叫即煎的有很大差距。幸好生煎包內充滿滾熱的湯汁,於這方面並不比上海的生煎包遜色,只是要小心被湯汁灼傷。一直覺得黑松露好比一把雙面刃,份量使用恰當能夠提升菜式味道的層次。可惜這次廚師沒有讓黑松露演好自己配角的角色,過量的黑松露搶去主角的地位,完全遮蓋了肉餡的味道。生煎包這種平民食品,卻硬要配上黑松露的濃妝艷抹,將原本平易近人的鄰家女孩帶走,塑造成不倫不類的MK妹。
