同朋友由中環搭車過尖沙嘴,等船期間肚子餓,比我們發現了驚世日本料理,估唔到7號碼頭地下有一間正宗日本料理,由一對孖仔打點包辦一切,而且他們十分有禮貌,很平易近人,我們在點菜服務中感覺好開心。這裡的料理款式不多,我們點了鰻魚飯和燒飯團,還有玉子燒及明太子雞翅,呢幾樣都好正宗好好味呀,雖然份量不多,但真的做得十分地道同有風味,個燒飯糰雖然沒有任何配料,但已經好好味好有口感,鰻魚飯的鰻魚也做得好香,明太子雞翅也是十分香的,玉子也夠滑,整個配搭簡直棒棒的。每個餐都配飲品,可以選擇有酒精或無酒精,我們在這裡等船時還能吃到這麼好吃的美食實在一大享受。

平常去離島坐船前肚餓都會於碼頭的小食店來幾串燒賣魚蛋,好讓肚子碼會瘋空虛感撐到到達離島後才覓美食。這天到中環7號碼頭想要坐船到尖沙咀,無意間發現新開了家日本小食店,整個很有福崗屋台的感覺(只差幾塊掛布XD),小小的一區域,就能讓我們喝瓶酒、抽雪茄、來串串燒,完全癲覆了坐船前/後可以吃的選擇~最喜歡這裡的牛肉飯,肉質非常嫩,而且很入味,我可以因為這個牛肉吃三碗飯XD(因為這裡的米都是採用了日本米,粒粒分明又QQ,很好吃) 而牛肉粒串燒一同出色,燒的火喉跟時間剛剛好,肉汁juicyjuicy!這裡因為位置布限,所以椅子並不多,但其實個人覺得還好,因為這就更可以體驗到日本立食的文化嚕~

晚餐.中環碼頭原來有間小小的屋台在香港好像沒有到過這類型的餐廳呢這天難得出城 便來試一下.餐廳主要有 飯 串燒 飯團 飲品選擇還算多的.1) 鰻魚飯鰻魚是即叫即燒的份量也算不少 可以鋪滿整個飯面肉質軟滑 燒得帶點微燶 吃起來口感不錯醬汁的味道亦很適中 不會太鹹飯則是剛煮好 軟棉棉的珍珠米是我這個飯桶的至愛🥰.2) 牛根煮本以為只有牛根但原來亦有飯的除了牛筋 也有很多的牛肉可以跟朋友分享來吃湯汁很不錯 很適合用來拌飯唯一是忘了走蔥幸好有友人幫我都吃掉了🥰.3) 串燒 (玉子 雞髀肉)玉子的外層燒得微微焦脆內裏的蛋十分厚實好吃雞髀肉也很滑.4) 飲品 (生啤 麥茶)再這微涼的晚上吃點熱的食物 再配一杯冰涼的啤酒真的很爽!麥茶的味道較濃 有點像咖啡個人也很喜歡

鰻魚是即叫即燒的
份量也算不少 可以鋪滿整個飯面

是我這個飯桶的至愛🥰

Both the rice bowls were super delicious!! The beef was super tender and juicy, and they were really generous in terms of the portions.

The unagi was perfectly grilled so it was a bit crispy on the edges.

With a pair of chopsticks in one hand, and a cup of beer on the other, I feel like I was really eating in a street in Japan!
