厚切午餐肉食肉獸至愛😍😍加了孜然粉,將肉膩相對減低,厚切的刀工,每一口都是滿足感。芝士和牛也是印象深刻的一款,芝士充滿奶香,和牛嫩澤飽滿,兩者都是口感濃厚的食材,但入口居然完全沒有油膩的感覺,反倒突顯出牛肉的咸、鮮、香。

白松露薯條滿滿一大盤,是三五知己伴酒必叫的小食。薯條是港式老扒房的波浪薯條,外皮稍微脆身,內裡是綿綿的口感,旁邊伴上自製的沙拉醬、蕃茄醬和松露蜜糖,甜的鹹的酸的任君選擇😝😝
我愛的還是甜口,加上松露蜜糖把味道更推上一層樓。

總體來說,這裏的食物質素和價錢在中環的串燒店來說也是性價比很高的選擇。

聖誕節黎啦,今日約左閨密去蘭桂坊襯下熱鬧,之後搵左間餐飯坐底食下野休息下。呢道氣氛都幾好。就入去試下啦。呢道主打係酒精飲品同咪串燒,品種十分多,真係花多眼亂,好想全部都試曬,但係個肚食唔到太多野,為有每樣一串試多幾款啦。首先叫左兩杯cocktail,一杯係Pina Colada,第二杯係Fresh Up,兩杯酒精濃度都唔算太高,係調酒師即場調配而成,甜甜地容易入口,飲完都唔會頭暈眼花,非常適合女士們。當然唔少得叫啲小食啦炸大八爪魚🐙足,有醬汁點黎食更加野味。重有燒土匪雞翼,呢個味道都唔錯,好味。跟住串燒方面種類非常多,我地今次試左招牌珍寶生蠔串,芝士年糕,椒鹽薄燒白鱔,芝士北海道魚糕,鰻魚串,羊架七成熟,呢款羊味非常出,我個人十分喜愛。重有必食既係炭燒豬頸肉真係好香好好味。雞心串都好唔錯。去骨雞腿係非常之抵食,成大大塊非常滿足。如果覺得唔飽重可以叫多個安格斯牛板腱珍珠飯,牛入口即溶,非常有牛味,值一試。
