假日約咗朋友去中環蘭桂坊飲下嘢,傾下偈,順便食晚飯,見Chicago啲串燒好似都幾抵食,便去試吓。我哋叫咗好多串燒及小食,不少係人氣之選,如黑松露薯條、香蔥燒蟶子皇、招牌茄子燒、一口和牛串、鹽燒豬頸肉、紙鶴雞皮、燒雞泡魚乾及燒豬大腸等,另外嗌咗兩杯野飲,佢嘅signature啤酒Chicago logo bear 及Mocktail Saturday。串燒配合唔同嘅調味料,燒得很惹味,而且很細心,有得揀辣度,尤其香蔥燒蟶子皇,燒得剛剛好,非常鮮甜;招牌茄子燒,調味調得好好,非常juicy;紙鶴雞皮,非常薄嘅一塊雞皮,冇脂肪,燒得卜卜脆,好好食。Chicago logo bear呢隻啤酒有菠蘿香,原來有一塊乾菠蘿喺裏里,啤酒偏甜,好適合女仔飲。Saturday 加上薄荷、青檸及蜜糖嘅梳打水,非常清新,配上串燒一流。

我哋叫咗好多串燒及小食,不少係人氣之選,如黑松露薯條、香蔥燒蟶子皇、招牌茄子燒、一口和牛串、鹽燒豬頸肉、紙鶴雞皮、燒雞泡魚乾及燒豬大腸等,另外嗌咗兩杯野飲,佢嘅signature啤酒Chicago logo bear 及Mocktail Saturday。


串燒配合唔同嘅調味料,燒得很惹味,而且很細心,有得揀辣度,尤其香蔥燒蟶子皇,燒得剛剛好,非常鮮甜;招牌茄子燒,調味調得好好,非常juicy;紙鶴雞皮,非常薄嘅一塊雞皮,冇脂肪,燒得卜卜脆,好好食。

呢隻啤酒有菠蘿香,原來有一塊乾菠蘿喺裏里,啤酒偏甜,好適合女仔飲。

呢款見到menu寫住佢裡面嘅favourite係secret咁神秘就即管order試一試,嚟到服務員會即場整杯上嘅大波波,啱晒鍾意打卡嘅我,而且又睇得又飲得,佢講到明係神秘味道,我就唔喺度透露,保持神秘感,但係都非常好飲,味道都係帶有水果味同非常易入口,唔覺唔覺就會飲咗好多,佢仲有幾款Secret味道嘅選擇,下次會再去試🥰

今次飲酒chill下傾計為主,全部都叫小食送酒,不過佢本身食物種類好多,亦都有飯類,所以未食晚餐都可以嗰度食埋。
而所有食物都係即叫即整,我哋今次叫嘅燒物同雜物都極力推介,燒到外脆外軟,超Juicy,味道調得非常出色。
而我叫嘅八款食物當中,黑松露薯條同炸大八爪魚足最有驚喜,薯條叉得超脆,而且份量大,成個薯條山咁,黑松露亦俾得唔手軟,食完都仲有黑松露淨,認真誇張!二個大八爪魚足非常新鮮,粉薄餡靚。
