To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 出餐時間勁耐,明明可以開OpenRice俾人落單,又唔開,去到落單等20分鐘,當日人客唔多,但係冇人做嘢,廚房內四個員工,喺度洗唔同嘅嘢,冇人諗住出單,仲有兩個傾緊偈一個傾緊電話,有去過其他分店都唔係咁,其他分店好快手唔使等,食物都keep到溫度,荃新天地呢間啲員工真係好似唔想做咁,感覺極差,希望可以再培訓員工,出單重要過洗嘢,大家不妨自己去試吓,食個快餐都要等咁耐,下次寧願喺隔離食Itamama

臨時屋企想加餸,試下呢間周圍都有嘅燒雞外賣連鎖店。$58就有一隻,我地叫左$88加大份量,勁大隻!拎果陣時好大陣香草香味。返到屋企皮都腍左,同埋都幾燶。因為好大隻,所以雞胸肉都幾乾幾嚡口。唔知$58細隻d 會唔會好d? 不過整體都入味。推介度:★★★☆☆

提起食雞,市面上除了KFC的炸雞就是周圍都可以吃到的海南雞。這間專賣燒雞的chicken factory好像不多。這裡座位不多,都是快餐形式,就是到收銀處點餐之後等叫號碼。食物的款式很少,但出奇地除了燒雞和炸雞外還有海南雞,真正的食雞專門店。不過我第一次來當然試招牌燒雞啦。半隻烤雞+2款小食+飲品=$56。價錢與KFC差不多。單看份量已勝KFC,雞的份量很多,真的有半隻雞。叫得快餐當然不會即叫即做啦,食店將煮好的雞用曬爐保溫。我們吃的時候,雞的質素沒有太大的下降,還保持到焗雞的骨肉分離效果,快餐來說已很不錯。另可選三款汁的其中一款。我們點了咖哩汁和麻辣汁。麻辣汁很辣,吃不到太辣的建議點其他。咖哩汁就不是我們港式啡黃色,濃濃的那款。是偏傳統的稀溜溜有洋蔥粒那款。2款醬汁與雞都很夾。小食我們選了焗薯、烤雜菜、油飯。焗薯和烤雜菜的合道都合乎預期,而這個油飯就有些許超出預期,雖味道偏淡,但做到飯粒分明,與醬汁一起吃很不錯。阿偉食價:除了坐位舒適程度較差,這個價位,食物質素及味道已非常好。推介指數:7.5/10

是日剛巧路過chicken factory,決定來過快快快閃午餐午餐~~無骨海南雞飯 $55香茅雞油飯跟紫菜豆腐雞湯加樽裝洛神花冷泡茶雞肉和油飯份量適中,配有少量薑蓉汁,和醃蘿蔔,整體不過不失。
