見其他食店要等位,呢間唔洗,見未試過,咪下去試下囉.中午時間,仲有一半位冇人坐,睇睇餐牌,有D唔對路,一豌牛三鮮(牛肚,牛根,牛腩)粉要$55,另加$10加杯奶茶,加埋$65.豌粉唔洗2分鐘就黎,份量有點少,所謂既牛三鮮,唔覺有咩特別,好快就食晒,飲埋杯茶奶,其實仲未飽....呢次應該係最後一次.

潮食新派粉麵筲箕灣東大街美食林立,今日發現左一間新開的粉麵店,工業風的門面、光猛的燈光、原木的傢具、米白的磚牆,和一般粉麵店截然不同,新派的麵食店。自家牛三鮮生麵(牛腩、牛筋、牛肚)眾多菜式花多眼亂,有特級牛丸、特級墨丸、自家雲吞、潮滷豬手、崩沙腩、豬三鮮和魚三鮮,但當中有的一款吸引了我,那就是牛三鮮!因為樣樣齊和牛魔王的我,滿足我的選擇困難症!香噴噴熱騰騰的生麵,湯底夠濃夠香,充斥著口腔,而且濃底夠清,沒有半點過喊和味精的感覺。生麵烹煮時間剛好,麵非常彈牙有韌度,麵條一絲絲口感十足,不會一團麵團團在一起。最後到牛三鮮,牛腩炆煮得非常軟身又不失扎實感,肉味重,肥瘦適中,湯底滲進肉中;牛筋非常入味,而特有的薄薄軟膠質,令口感爽軟又不硬身;牛肚則細膩軟腍、爽脆,相信花了好多前期功夫。最後加杯港式凍懧茶,在新派新潮的環境下享受著古早正統地道的味道。

自家牛三鮮生麵(牛腩、牛筋、牛肚)
眾多菜式花多眼亂,有特級牛丸、特級墨丸、自家雲吞、潮滷豬手、崩沙腩、豬三鮮和魚三鮮,但當中有的一款吸引了我,那就是牛三鮮!因為樣樣齊和牛魔王的我,滿足我的選擇困難症!
香噴噴熱騰騰的生麵,湯底夠濃夠香,充斥著口腔,而且濃底夠清,沒有半點過喊和味精的感覺。
生麵烹煮時間剛好,麵非常彈牙有韌度,麵條一絲絲口感十足,不會一團麵團團在一起。
最後到牛三鮮,牛腩炆煮得非常軟身又不失扎實感,肉味重,肥瘦適中,湯底滲進肉中;
牛筋非常入味,而特有的薄薄軟膠質,令口感爽軟又不硬身;
牛肚則細膩軟腍、爽脆,相信花了好多前期功夫。

近日天氣又再反常,雨仍舊不停落下。一個的浪漫,住在港島區的我又再走到筲箕灣-東大街,潮流美食大本型。這條街最出名莫過於安利,但有時候吃得久了也需要一些新鮮感。尋找新的美食,發現尖沙咀「潮丸」進駐此地。還記得從前在尖沙咀吃過潮州牛丸,彈牙而有嚼勁。今晚一個人的精彩,倒不如再吃一回吧!餐牌上有別於傳統的潮州粉麵,食物的種類包括有:馳名牛丸、魚蛋、雲吞、豬外,更有牛三鮮、豬三鮮及魚三鮮。名稱以三鮮為題,頗為特別。除了粉麵選擇,還有湯飯、撈麵、飯類等,令客人多一番的選擇。雨中下人流的確比平常少很多,也給我一個寧靜的環境沉思。牛三鮮飯原來以牛腩、牛肚、牛筋三款,利用木盤盛載並有一小客腩汁同上。自家製牛腩肉質軟腍,而且入味。牛肚爽口而彈牙,份量十足令人津津有味。牛筋不是個個人喜愛,軟硬恰到好處。

一伙同事午飯大多在東大街解决,是日睇完食評就去試新嘢,點知:新店装修唔錯,地方乾淨企理。坐低睇餐牌,款款五六拾蚊,即時你眼望我眼,跟住各自落單各式粉麵,随即被強烈推介淨牛丸、炸雲吞...........,有人叫咗。我食咗魚三鮮和淨牛丸,普通過普通話,但全部人食完行出嚟都係講一個字 - 正宗廣東話母語。埋單每位都要百幾,最慘係貴夾唔飽, 又唔係特別好食,對面安X一半價錢都好食過佢多多聲 。老實講,D装修唔可以當飯食,尤其是粉麵店,應該係快、靚、正,認真經營,我地日日食東大街,有平有貴,唔係唔捨得食,但絕對唔係水魚。最後,公司員工都有同感 - 無下次!
