牛三鮮姐係牛腩、牛筋同牛肚。我就最鍾意牛肚,因為索晒牛汁以夠腍;而牛筋就好有咬口,仲有啲膠口,好似有好多骨膠源咁呀;至於牛腩唔肥,仲好香牛味呀。最值得一讚嘅係,餐廳好細心將冬菜、蔥同莞茜分開上,想落幾多隨你喜歡,但如果牛同米線嘅份量可以多啲就好喇。

所見到既木盤就係用左日式風格 簡單又實用 乾淨感好充足

牛腩 - 香濃既牛味 而且係有肥有瘦 所以食落係好鬆化又有會有咬口

筲箕灣一向都集中多間隱世餐廳,普遍餐廳都是平、靚、正,今次去到呢間潮丸到食性價比都相當高。餐廳裝潢都相當光鮮,入到去位置都幾舒服。下午茶時段亦有多款菜式選擇。自家牛三鮮米線今次揀呢個牛三鮮味道都唔錯。內裡有牛腩、牛根、牛肚,而且份量都唔少。湯底方面以豬骨製成,豬骨湯味濃郁亦唔會覺得有味精。牛三鮮整體都非常抵食,特別牛根非常推介,因為除咗入味之外更加淋滑但不失咬口。而牛腩亦很濃郁牛味,而且唔會食落唔會散哂,整體都好滿意。

The yellow chili in the jar was fantastic and I always add a tiny dollop to my noodles to spice it up.

The noodles were so comforting as the broth was strong however the flat rice noodles didn't quite absorb the broth so mixing it with preserved vegetables made it even better.
