我吃牛腩通常都是崩沙腩或坑腩。崩沙腩,即爽腩,是牛肚皮的腩位,面積小及有塊薄軟膠質,爽軟不硬,通常貴過坑腩。坑腩則是牛胸前的部位,牛味最濃,略帶肥。崩沙腩正的地方,是那塊筋膜。爽口的筋膜,配着炆得腍身的腩肉,好吃。「潮興」出名手打魚旦、魚麵等,牛腩我倒是覺得比魚旦更出色。「崩沙腩河加色」$55整體味道我覺得差了,個湯有色無味,缺了潮州牛腩滷水香的靈魂,全靠那些芹菜粒、蔥花及炸蒜粒提香:崩沙腩部位還不錯,筋膜帶肉算沒欺場:可惜我覺得炆得不夠腍,肉的部份有些柴。吃到中途,我習慣就會加上潮州辣椒油,讓食味多一重變化。河粉夠滑,這個稍為加分。

今日專登黎銅鑼灣交收,要等對家到,仲有成半個鐘😂快快地可以趁依個空檔吃個靚麵,甘我就好隨便甘揀左黎依間食個牛雜麵。😉叫左河粉,個粉底其實幾好,唔爛又可以吸曬d 湯汁👍 湯底都ok, 有好濃既牛汁味,又唔會話好咸,加埋一大羹青蔥,炸蒜,西芹,混埋一齊真係好香👍 牛雜份量都幾多,有膶,大腸小腸,牛肚,牛肺,膶唔係話超級新鮮個隻,吃得出粉粉地,牛肺反而好好食,大大件又唔柴!而大腸係肥腸質地😂夠曬邪惡!整體一個麵40幾蚊算係甘,銅鑼灣黎講算好平👍水準可以講不過不失,下次可以試下佢個崩沙腩😉

老實講魚蛋粉每一間地方都差不多
最重要係佢個麵底同湯底
呢間魚蛋粉嘅湯底都比較濃郁 就咁單食都食得出有牛腩味 紫菜嗦晒佢啲汁都幾好食🥣
貢丸墨魚丸都係出邉火鍋店嘅水準 冇乜特別
幼麵鹼水味唔夠突出 不過勝在麵質夠彈牙
如果鍾意食鹼水味嘅朋友可能會比較失望

另外佢加$10可以多少少蘿蔔 (舖頭自稱甜心蘿蔔) 佢啲蘿蔔嗦晒啲湯幾好食 而且冇渣 不過我又覺得蘿蔔未甜到令人驚艷 所以有少少失望😟

總括嚟講佢嘅份量都比較少 如果比較大食嘅朋友,可能要加多碟菜或者小食先至夠
