假日到葵芳新都會廣場5樓的潮庭飲茶, 原來這個商場有很多人, 都要排大約半個鐘頭才入座。 下午三時左右入到茶樓, 太肚餓了很快就揀好點心 ,有山竹牛肉$32、 魚湯鮮竹卷$36、 珍珠雞$36、 沙嗲金錢肚$36、 叉燒腸$39。山竹牛肉~ 口感嫩滑,有芫荽香。魚湯鮮竹卷~ 喜歡魚湯鮮竹卷濕濕地的口感, 味道很鮮。沙嗲金錢肚~ 沙嗲味香濃,質感軟腍好味。珍珠雞~ 餡料豐富,好味。叉燒腸~ 腸粉很滑溜, 熱辣辣的新鮮蒸起。點心的質素幾好, 環境也挺舒適的,但店員不太主動招待客人, 還有上菜速度比較慢,可以改善下就更好了。

原來呢期真係冇乜人出街食飯, 我哋算早到, 七點左右到, 全場得嗰五六檯, 就算去到夜晚八點幾, 都係得十檯左右稻草鴨 - 食落有啲似我之前喺大陸食嘅樟茶鴨, 上次食嘅樟茶鴨係用樟木碎和茶葉慢煙燻, 再炸過, 所以d 肉係好乾身, 乾到有d 硬. 今次食呢個係濕濕地, 應該係蒸嘅, 都有好香煙燻味, 不過啲肉瘦咗少少, 我哋係叫半隻, 望落去唔似半隻, 係今晚叫既菜之中相對冇咁抵食. ( 因為另外2樣好抵食 )沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭 - 分量好多, 好好味, 牛肉好淋, 好香花生, 沙嗲醬味. 啲芥蘭都好幼嫩 欖菜肉碎炒飯 - 好食, d飯夠乾身, 不過有啲咸. 好大碟, 分量多到兩個人叫兩個餸加一個炒飯, 結果有超過半個炒飯食唔曬, 要打包拎走, overall 好食, 埋單$360, 都算抵食
