To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚,來吃晚飯,卻換來一肚氣。
首先,我們叫了孖寶套裝,打算不夠就再加菜。
第一道菜:芝麻雞,以為是熱葷,但竟然是冷吃!味道,除了僅餘的少許蒜末味,已沒有其他味道。(或許你會問:無味都食得囇?原因就出自第二道菜)
第二道菜是:鹹排骨涼瓜湯
一看,就好像用料十足,但一點味道也欠奉,除了少許苦瓜和鹹味,其他味道也沒有。
我們找經理了解時,得到的回覆是:「這道湯係咁㗎,可能你食左碟雞,味道濃郁,所以覺得這湯淡口d」。當我們回答「d雞一d味道都無,都好淡口」,她以不客氣的態度回應說:「無味?個湯有好多鹹排骨喎?」我們呆了,繼續話真係無味,然後,就誨氣地跟我們說「我有乜嘢幫到你?你叫孖寶無得取消㗎喎,個湯係咁淡口㗎」。。。當刻,我係咪應該反問妳「你有乜嘢幫到我?」
最後,我們照埋單,她態度依然欠佳,好像趕客的模樣。
我覺得食物味道欠理想,也可以勉強接受,最多以後不光顧,但態度不尊重,和感覺對方想處理事情,把整體對這間酒家的印象和評價,大大打了折扣!

但服務方面真係speechless
人手方面真係真係超唔夠,其實唔夠人就唔好開咁多檯啦,入咗去又係等,同係出面等係冇分別。
酒樓環境唔錯,服務態度可以,但係點心貴,咁嘅質素就不能接受。
好多次去葵芳食飯都係去北京樓,反而未試過隔離個間潮庭,今次一於轉下場擇呢間,同樣係美心集團旗下,質素不需要懷疑!
餐前小食好岩我口味,因為有我最鐘意的木耳入口爽滑,少少辣,食不停口!
今晚交俾大人發板,我負責等食XD...
芋頭南瓜茨實煲
芋頭、南瓜無煮到溶溶爛爛,食落依然有口感,至於剩餘的汁當然用來撈飯,的確不錯!
鹵水三拼 (鵝肉 / 墨魚 / 鹵豬肉)
份量挺多,幾大碟,件件都切得好均勻,我只係食左鵝肉,口感扎實,滷得好入味!
紫薑菠蘿炒牛肉
醬汁酸酸甜甜夠曬開胃,牛肉肉質鮮嫩,咀嚼時仲散發出陣陣的紫薑味,味道非常突出!
黑松露芝士蝦球
望到金黃色的芝士汁已經食慾大增蝦球大隻爽口,淡淡的芝士汁更加突出黑松露的香,食落一D都唔漏,如果有埋個伊麵底就真係最完美!
黃魚片蒸豆腐
魚肉已預先起骨並切成厚片鋪喺豆腐上面,豆腐滑溜溜,魚肉鮮美嫩滑,成塊啖啖肉口感特別正,鐘意食魚的我點可以唔食多一件
屋企人對今餐非常满意,相信好快又會再黎
先講野食,係OK的,揀左孖寶蟹煲同抄魚麵,蟹算鮮甜唔係雪藏感覺。椰皇燉雞湯算好飲。
但是日焦點絕對係落單時候:第一個男侍應黎,我指住個蟹煲同佢講要呢個蟹煲,點知隔幾秒佢問返我,要蟹煲還是魚... 咁就重申要蟹煲啦,然後再另外落埋兩個椰皇燉雞湯,個侍應落完單準備去入機,走之前(用幾差嘅態度)提醒話食孖寶就無信用卡優惠,我地話OK無問題丫。
點知過左陣個部長走過黎,又係用幾差嘅態度話「你地食呢個無信用卡優惠架吓」... 我地心諗你同事咪提過咯,咁又同佢講OK啦,心諗你快啲落單啦好無呀唔該......
好啦跟住終於落好單,有個女侍應埋黎俾張單我地,又係態度差咁講「嗱你地食呢個孖寶...~~~」大佬就算你地之前俾人投訴過都唔使三個人黎每日講一次下話?!態度仲要都係差!!
再睇真啲張單,喂個椰皇燉雞湯呢?!幾樣野都落漏有無搞錯,淨係掛住戴頭盔!食之前已經嘔血!
野食係OK嘅,但如果黎食,記得準備好無限EQ。
下午茶既好處係平D食多D野 , 見佢小中大點都同價 , 都算抵食, 唯不足既地方係等野食既時間都幾耐, 可能人多, 差不多4-5個字先上廚部炒既福建炒飯, 之後點心再隨後送上
整體食物味道中上, 環境亦唔差, 餐具亦新同算乾淨, 叫了7個點心 + 1個炒飯 + 4個飯後甜品 , 盛惠$ 48X , 都合理的

其間姐姐仲要不停搞錯左檯號
order咗兩道主菜。感覺略為重口味。好辣的我本身預「川椒雞」會有四川果種味道,但係辣味不足,有少少失望。不過「方魚肉碎粥」好有驚喜wor!真心覺得好食。一路食一路有好多肉碎同方魚,唔使驚食到尾無晒材料!「潮州魚蛋河」都算足料,如果湯底濃返少少就perfect啦!
其實每一次食美心中菜都好期待甜品環節。只要見到「楊枝甘露雪糕」就一定會點。不過分量唔夠,一個人起碼食到兩個,哈哈!
