To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入到嚟環境算唔錯,係啲位置設計得迫d。
點咗潮州拼盤,梅菜扣肉,炸小黃魚,燒乳鴿,糖醋豬手,豆腐魚肉湯。
水準唔錯每一味餸都做出佢嘅靈魂。 最 surprise 係個梅菜扣肉, 豬肉非常入味, 梅菜衣香味非常平均但係冇太過濃烈 蓋過啲扣肉。 我一般嚟講都唔會食太多肉但係都受唔住引誘食咗三塊 之後用啲梅菜黎配飯 非常匹配!!

前菜開胃,等叫點心
所有腸粉都好食,滑溜溜,足料叉燒
排骨飯有大碗,鳳爪入味大隻,排骨多肉
春卷酥脆,牛肉肉質彈牙,珍珠雞蒸得夠香,黑松露素餃好香好嚼口
奶皇包夠流心,素菜包夠味,熱騰騰紅棗糕,煎得好靚的蘿蔔糕
甜品🍮芒果好香布甸好滑
價錢貴 雖然大碟 但 一到十分 我比四分 因為啲侍應好鈍 下下要大叫先黎 我都叫到無儀態了
入到去唸住搵人執枱,見到有個著綠邊西裝女部長係隔離枱執緊枱,多次向佢舉手示意。佢一直望到都唔理會我地,執完旁邊張枱擺埋位來回4次都沒理過我地。由於周圍都沒侍應,於是我行左過去叫個位女部長幫忙執枱,佢剩係話搵人過黎。但等左一陣都唔見有人,於是再問佢,佢就話咪搵左人黎幫你囉,等佢開埋人地既茶咪黎幫你囉。
敢問一句,全間酒樓得一位侍應?
而女部長你可以係無人坐個張枱係度慢慢執枱擺位,無論舉手示意定叫你都唔應,既然你執得旁邊點解唔幫我地執埋?
一直望住女部長同個位侍應係旁邊既枱行黎行去,但叫執枱係沒人理會。咁叫人點幫襯,應又唔應,望到都係望完就算。執多張枱真係咁難?
叫極都沒人幫手執枱,最後沒食走人。
我以後都唔會再黎呢間野。
今次去了葵芳新都會嘅潮庭。
好耐無試過向葵芳飲茶,今次係應該商場裝修後,第一次黎飲茶。
人確實多,真係要早d黎等位先得。
行到入去坐位時,發現d位都放得好密。。。而且冷氣也不夠。可能是人太多的關係吧。
幸好這裡嘅食物尚算不錯!
鵝片拼豆腐
都算ok。起碼不是全都係肥膏。肉都有點味。豆腐也幾滑。不錯不錯。
蠔仔粥
其實不是特別喜愛蠔仔。純粹喜歡食個粥底嘅味道。加埋大地魚,大大提升個香味。
蝦餃
皮不會蒸到淋。蝦也很爽口
雞扎
我喜歡嘅點心之一。但其實只係想食佢嘅魚肚,腐皮🤣。但當然都會食埋其餘嘅配料。解享一整舊係最開心的。
潮洲粉果
發現這裡嘅蒸嘅點心都不錯。潮洲粉果食落夠香口

我同朋友飯後仲叫咗兩道甜品:蛋白杏仁茶($30)同水晶包($28)。味道都麻麻地,唔推介。當日我地平日夜晚黎,啲檯八成滿但人手唔夠。等左一陣先有人過黎落單同加水。
整體黎講,原價咁食就免啦。如果有指定信用卡就可以試一試
首先前菜亦是主菜:凍蟹。兩個人食飯,都唔叫太大隻,十八両重。賣相四肢健全,切開都排滿一大碟。蟹身肉厚,拆蟹亦乾淨。不過似乎蟹身未完全解凍,肉質未至於唔新鮮,不過缺少花蟹的鮮味。諗返起點菜是部長拿到枱前時,蟹是用保鮮紙包裹。我還問蟹唔係游水既?!到大酒樓點海鮮時,拍板前應先望一望合唔合眼緣
