講返食物質素,大集團始終都不過不失,唔會有太大驚喜,亦都唔會有太大落差,比較特別係兩面黃,因為自從潮館全線結業之後,已經好難食到呢一個咁特色嘅菜,不過兩面黃略嫌炸得唔夠香脆。
有折扣後,每人$125 ,真係好抵,而且地方好寬敞,坐得好舒服,酒樓始終有佢嘅好處,不過雖然冇限時,侍應好快就執清晒所有嘅碗碟,令人覺得佢趕客,呢一點扣分!

看了之前食評說此酒樓地方d位放得好密,今天三人到訪,也是安排了路口二人位坐。後來一張四人位更加板給七人坐。深明有生意要做,但容納人數是否超出消防條例容許,可能酒樓要多加注意。若帶老人家和小朋友,建議考慮地方可能太擠逼了。另外,食物普遍都加入太多糖,尤其是蒸點,福建炒飯味道不錯,但有些米不熟,可能供不應求,可試試玉子豆腐,不過都是帶甜。

今日一家人嚟食潮州嘢,見到呢個套餐幾抵食就試吓。我地9個人叫咗半圍,另外再加一窩蠔仔粥。份量好夠,到最後都要淨低少少。每一款都好好食,味道適中,唔怕太咸好香煙燻味,又唔怕乾炸豆腐好新鮮,蝦仁大大隻又爽口鮑魚都幾大隻沙拉骨都唔錯,唔會太酸或太甜每樣菜式味道都好好,唯一挑剔嘅係服務,上菜超快,感覺好似要迫你快D食完,但又唔係冇位,呢方面真係要改進。

辛苦搵錢lunch食餐好是常識吧!呢間茶樓收費較同區其他酒樓貴,但點心即叫即蒸,部分食品款識更有別其他酒樓。竟然有爽口秋葵食,點上附配嘅甜辣鼓油,太正了!黑松露蝦餃皮薄餡多,太美味!叉燒包不會只有肥肉,蠔油汁又夠濃蟹籽蝦膠釀豆腐不是用盒裝豆腐,可以品嚐傳統豆腐,太好了!蝦膠彈牙到不得了!蝦腸的蝦好彈牙爽口三色豆糕這個潮式甜點,每粒豆都大大粒這個lunch三個人食左$270六個點心,還不算貴呀!最重要是可以食到有良好食材、用心製作的食物

好耐沒寫食評,但真係忍唔住。入到去唸住搵人執枱,見到有個著綠邊西裝女部長係隔離枱執緊枱,多次向佢舉手示意。佢一直望到都唔理會我地,執完旁邊張枱擺埋位來回4次都沒理過我地。由於周圍都沒侍應,於是我行左過去叫個位女部長幫忙執枱,佢剩係話搵人過黎。但等左一陣都唔見有人,於是再問佢,佢就話咪搵左人黎幫你囉,等佢開埋人地既茶咪黎幫你囉。敢問一句,全間酒樓得一位侍應?而女部長你可以係無人坐個張枱係度慢慢執枱擺位,無論舉手示意定叫你都唔應,既然你執得旁邊點解唔幫我地執埋?一直望住女部長同個位侍應係旁邊既枱行黎行去,但叫執枱係沒人理會。咁叫人點幫襯,應又唔應,望到都係望完就算。執多張枱真係咁難?叫極都沒人幫手執枱,最後沒食走人。我以後都唔會再黎呢間野。

新嘅一年,最大嘅喜訊莫過於有新生命嘅誕生,仲要係老友嘅BB出世。所以朝早就約晒大家一齊去探佢同啊嫂,仲有BB。咁去之前梗係要醫肚同埋傾下買咩去探佢地好。見呢度裝修完就過黎睇下質素有無變先。由排隊攞籌到入座,足足一個鐘。估唔到咁旺場,明明之前唔是咁的。一坐低,照舊送上一碟腌菜。味道依然好食,雲耳,青瓜,咸菜都腌得啱啱好,咸甜酸平衡。係一道出色嘅開胃菜。之後其他點心陸續上枱,馬拉糕是飲茶必點的,因為微甜嘅鬆軟蒸糕,係本人至愛。燒賣千篇一律係正常茶樓水準,無甚特別。反而係呢個香芋飽,芋頭餡香,滑,甜。算係水準之作。蝦餃皮薄,入口彈牙。香煎粉粿,入面嘅韮菜餡依然香濃,調味恰到好處。但油煎差左少少,太油淋淋了。奶皇煎堆仔。炸得香口不油膩,不過個餡就甜左啲了,一粒已覺''流''。最後再點左碟香滑腸粉,呢個已經係老友之間嘅共識,如果有人仲未食飽嘅就會點呢樣呢度嘅腸粉唔知點解,一條已經令人滿足的了,可能佢夠普通、平凡。臨埋單前我地幾個都走開左令侍應姐姐以為我地已結帳離開,並開始執枱。點知見誤會左就送上幾杯功夫茶,話係送嘅。其實係我地令佢搞錯嘅,我地唔好意思就真。

飲茶文化在香港一直盛行, 從沒減退, 當大家無頭緒食乜既時候, 去飲茶不失為一個好提意。潮庭是香港某大飲食集團旗下酒樓, 連酒樓式都比大集團攻佔了, 仲要係用不同名字,防不勝防, 香港…唉! 就黎間間啲食物都一式一樣。菠蘿叉燒包菠蘿包皮鬆化, 叉燒餡美味, 不死鹹。鮮蝦腸腸粉有點黏口, 漿漿地口, don’t like.蓮藕餅口感同食味真係食唔出有蓮藕係度, 只係食到猪肉。素餃好一般臘腸卷用美x臘腸, 油香惹味, 好食。

美國運通咭即將到期,把握機會用盡餐飲優惠。上一次食潮式凍蟹已經係兩三年前,今晚決定去拾回舌尖上的回憶。首先前菜亦是主菜:凍蟹。兩個人食飯,都唔叫太大隻,十八両重。賣相四肢健全,切開都排滿一大碟。蟹身肉厚,拆蟹亦乾淨。不過似乎蟹身未完全解凍,肉質未至於唔新鮮,不過缺少花蟹的鮮味。諗返起點菜是部長拿到枱前時,蟹是用保鮮紙包裹。我還問蟹唔係游水既?!到大酒樓點海鮮時,拍板前應先望一望合唔合眼緣食完蟹,就食下其他菜式。先有玫瑰焗盧魚。賣相一流,充滿光澤,份量亦夠晒大份。肉身滑溜,油份足夠,都沒有什麼可以批評。神奇既係,每次我想點既時候,通常都話賣晒。今次係部長返轉頭話有得賣,但要等相當長時間,言下之意,應該要從冰箱拿出來解凍。這不是批評,反而是讚美,未打折賣一份$65,你都不會相信是游水。但雪藏既都做到完美質素,佩服!佩服!中菜有鑊氣,份量亦足夠。最後來一客鵝肉菜粒炒飯。鵝肉粒味濃嫩口,砂窩保溫食到中段仍是溫暖既。不過太飽,食到一半,另一半明天辦公室繼續努力全單信用咭折扣半價,每位410。
