最近同fd去左千代鶴食晚餐,餐廳主打日式串燒、燒烤等既居酒屋。環境舒適之餘、價錢都算合理。串燒5點:包括鷄脆骨、鷄腿肉、鷄腎、鷄心、鷄肝,呢個係厨師發板串燒set,全部都燒得岩岩好,裏面仲好juicy。外面好香炭火味。個人最推薦鷄脆骨。吉烈拼盤:包括蝦、魷魚、魚肉等海鮮。外面香脆、好乾爽唔會油膩,非常新鮮熱辣。帆立貝脆餅:燒帆立貝上面有魚子醬同三文魚子,下面脆餅類似最中餅。燒帆立貝鮮甜配上鹹香三文魚子、幾特別。汁燒魷魚:甜甜鹹鹹既醬汁同燒得外面香脆既魷魚真係好match,肉質好軟。鹽燒魚鮫:鹽燒可以帶出食材原本既味道,魚肉完全無腥味。

話說見到OpenRice好似都幾多好評,咁諗住試吓。點知嗌咗啲壽司完全係用豉油蓋過食仲食得出聲味。串燒諗住會好啲,點知原來就咁燒都食得出啲食材係雪藏加冇味個$68set更加唔好再講話廚師發辦得蘑菇雞皮雞軟骨雞肉串,仲要勁多醬嗰隻甜度完全整唔到。個雞皮餃子焗雞皮厚到一個點好似食緊肥膏咁。奉勸其他人嘗試都唔好抱咁大期望,魚生好彩淨係叫咗兩碟一個油甘魚腩,一個火炙拖落兩個都係腥㗎。唔信嘅話,你哋自己去試吓啦。
