今日放工後,係好肚餓環境之下。。。為左唔使等位,近近地決定去酒樓食小菜。去左位於安達中心13樓、專門辦婚宴既彩福。雖然今晚無人辦婚宴,但同樣地有人租了場做活動。由於酒樓既場地都好大,仍然有空位預留俾食小菜既客人。坐都算舒適。。茶價每人$15,有少少貴。今晚叫左水蜜桃咕嚕雞球蝦球,北菇紅燒豆腐,黑椒牛仔骨煲。以份量及價錢黎講,其實都算合理。野食唔會太細份。水蜜桃咕嚕雞球蝦球,蝦球好爽,味道係唔錯。不過唔多水蜜桃同食唔到雞球,有少少失望。北菇紅燒豆腐,豆腐好滑,仲有幾條菜跟埋。。。哩個好岩食齋或年紀大既人。。唔會太咸。最後係黑椒牛仔骨煲, 熱辣辣上菜。2個字形容,惹味。。。如果想舒舒服服食中茶,哩間彩福係首選。

新年拜年,要就大家中間位,便來到這間新開不久的彩福皇宴, 場地非常寬闊漂亮,洗手間更是新㯋,比一般本地的茶樓好得多。菜單上很多食物圖片非常吸引,還有得獎。一圍四人加兩個小朋友,便什麼都叫了來試下。首先叫了帶子小籠包(大) 皮簿餡料足。熱呼呼的上台,冬天吃特別好吃。再來一碟香滑鮮蝦腸份(特),腸份拉得好滑,蝦也很新鮮大粒。豉汁蒸鳳爪(大), 份量不多,但鳯爪很入味軟身。鮮蝦菜苗餃(大)精螢剔透,菜的份量和蝦配相宜,皮簿好味。主食叫個個炒飯,非常大碟,食完大家都很飽。因為有小朋友,叫了兩個甜品,首先是原個椰皇燉燕窩,不太甜,入面的椰汁燉奶非常滑。 再多個凍楊枝甘露, 西米,芒果,西柚粒等都很多。 價錢相當合宜,重點是環境舒服。因為晚場做婚宴多,可能日間飲茶價錢便十分貼地。值得一試。

放假同屋企人去了尖東這間彩福飲菜,平常午茶都要大排長龍,今日假期無了公司客,所以一入去就有位。點心款式很多,亦有午市及商務套餐。蝦餃蝦餃皮都幾薄,裏面全部都是蝦肉,新鮮爽彈。帶子小籠包小籠包皮超薄,但略欠彈性,所以比較易夾穿,不過裏面有很多的肉汁。海螺片滑雞扎雞扎裏面包著冬菇,螺片及蟹柳等,餡料十分豐富。XO醬花姿片蝦球炆伊麵伊麵份量十足,表面有很多的蝦球及花姿片,蝦球大隻彈牙,是新鮮蝦肉,伊麵爽口不腍。

今天相約朋友們來尖沙咀飲茶聚舊,來到了彩福。我們11點到來到,幸好還有位。但坐了一會已經開始full。我們點了一個$298套餐,包括有4種點心各4件,2碟小碟,菜和飯。原隻飽魚燒賣皇-飽魚放在燒賣上,比我想像大隻,而且彈口。燒賣也很大粒。真功夫蒸潮州粉果-粉果皮薄,而且餡料多。金獎旋風流沙包-流沙包賣相吸引。中間十分流心,味道香濃。芝心海皇千絲春卷-炸得十分香脆。2碟小碟方面,我們點了脆皮燒腩仔。燒腩仔肥瘦比例剛剛好,皮也燒得很脆。麻香牛蒡金錢絲-酸酸辣辣,而且十分爽口。再來了一碟通菜,加上腐乳一同吃,十分滋味。還有櫻花蝦海皇炒飯。櫻花蝦海皇炒飯炒得十分香,配料十分足料,蝦也十分彈身,十分喜歡。甜品方面,我們點了金箔芝麻卷。芝麻卷的芝麻味香濃,而且上面還有金箔,有6件。我們有又點了香芋西米焗布甸。香芋西米焗布甸十分迷你,覺得很香口,香芋和西米也很足料。今天真的很滿足,下次會再來試試其他。

最近轉了去尖沙咀上班,午餐時段當然要去搵下食。今日同同事出外工作回公司之前我們經過尖東順便食埋午餐,同事提議飲茶再睇附近有什麼酒樓,看見安達中心有間彩福便去了嘆茶。酒樓樓底很高坐得都好舒服和整潔,再看看有什麼好吃有一張榮獲點心大獎點心紙,於是便點了幾個來試試,吃完真的不錯。原隻鮑魚燒賣皇鮑魚加在燒賣上幾有特色。原隻鮑魚係面,燒賣的蝦肉很彈牙港式街頭蝦米豬腸粉把醬汁吱在腸粉上賣相不錯,醬汁的份量平均,腸粉都好滑煎得好香口海皇太子餃鮮蝦和石斑肉一齊做餡料,都算很有創意,滲出了啖啖的鮮味,鮮蝦爽口旋風黃金流沙包咬開之後奶黃流心湧出來,奶黃蛋黃味香濃,熱辣辣食好好味龍皇野菌腸 腸粉包住脆卜卜春卷餡料有香菇同魚肉,魚肉香滑帶點香菇濃味,這個組合有新鮮感香煎上素腐皮卷 腐皮很薄剛剛炸起,非常脆口鼓汁蒸鳳爪鼓汁味好惹味,鳳爪好軟身兩個人食了7款點心真的很滿足。
