約了先生去大排檔,突然掛起風球又落雨,幸好我們相約在楚撚記,有大排檔的風味卻又環境舒適,坐得惬意。🏅飛天通菜煲($92)🏅難忘漁港蝦醬骨($118)🏅香煎黑松露手打蓮藕墨魚餅($118)🏅楚撚記豬油撈飯($25)今晚點了兩味蝦醬菜色,滋味濃郁,非常惹味。飛天通菜煲是粵式做法,用了蝦醬、蝦乾和蒜頭放在砂鍋爆炒,一上枱已香味四溢。蝦醬骨又名海山骨,是一道無任何配料的傳統菜,簡單來說就是蝦醬炸排骨,不過現在餐廳多數用豬腩肉片來做,一粒骨都沒有,而且香脆可口,鮮美多汁。香煎墨魚餅也鬆軟彈牙,蓮藕粒切得幼細,黑松露味較重,有點搶了墨魚的風頭。最後不得不讚楚撚記的招牌豬油撈飯,豬油、豉油分開上,另有蔥粒和芫荽碎,非常細心。豬油我只是加了少少,然後加豉油、和蔥粒芫荽,拌勻後非常香,無餸都可以食一碗飯。最後還送每人一碗紅豆沙。

星期日晚同朋友食生日飯,7點入座,8點開始截單,820叫我地埋單,但係朋友帶咗蛋糕,所以食埋先走。830都未夠就催我地走。星期日其實根本坐唔滿,餐廳內只有幾枱客,門外也只有一張枱客人在等。如果餐廳職員搬動一下枱凳完全可以同時招待客人。作為多次光顧楚撚記既客人,今次體驗實在不可理喻而且令人失望。如此下去貴司倒閉指日可待。Just go to other better local restaurants, avoid this trap at all costs.

5/4/2024移民了英國年半的朋友回香港探親,立即book西環的楚撚記聚一聚。訂了5:30pm , 食到7pm . 叫左:黑松露手打墨魚餅:呢個必食,冇一次會令人失望的。香口、脆口、彈牙。黃金白飯魚:又係口痕必食的炸物,香脆。拔絲咕嚕肉:用梅頭肉整嘅咕嚕肉,啖啖肉,唔會有肥膏。菜乾豬肺湯:呢個今次失色咗少少,好似唔係好夠火喉。啫啫生菜:熱辣辣,好吃腐竹冰沙:呢個又係正,甜甜哋,超級拎涼。另外送咗紅豆沙 (記得以前係番薯糖水,而家轉咗)我自己就食過好幾次㗎喇呢間,都仍然係會繼續幫襯嘅感覺。另外我都幫襯過土瓜灣分店,感覺上好似西環好食啲 (荃灣就未幫襯過,因為本人都係港島區居民)由於我哋去食早嗰輪,所以其實就唔full.不過我哋食完走嘅時候都開始多人。

見咁多食評都話好,就第一次黎試吓….. 叫咗炸豬手,好快就送上,心知不妙,一食就系吾熱吾脆,豬皮仲有啲韌,應該已經炸好一段時間!咁就期待另一味啦…..椒鹽白飯魚就係即時炸,夠熱夠脆,但係炸皮好厚,白飯魚就隱約食到啲啦!!椒絲腐乳通菜,味道吾鹹,剛剛好,呢味係全晚最滿意嘅😅最後叫一個星洲炒米,米粉質地好差,食落口好似有啲漿糊咁,而且咖喱粉都未炒開,咁就拎出嚟俾人食!!一般茶餐廳都好食過佢!!仲要搭枱坐,只係想快啲食完快啲走!!下次唔會嚟幫襯。👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

楚撚記小菜係香港都算有名,今日孖住老死兩個入去食返餐隊下啤。老友最愛食豬手,點左個脆皮豬手,外皮炸得勁脆口,份量相當足。之後再追加豉椒鵝腸同炸蠔餅,都係下酒恩物,鵝腸炒得好惹味,蠔餅又係炸得好酥脆,食一啖就忍唔住飲返啖啤酒,真係爽。不過人氣高既代價係入座有限時,食到唔係幾多喉,要再揾地方續攤。

最好食嘅係豬油撈飯, 幾有豬油, 個豬肺湯都ok, 飲落去冇咩味精味, 咕嚕肉正常 似微波爐叮完幾廿秒出嚟嗰啲, 豬手都還好 又係比較凍啦, 冇咩問題,通菜唔爽脆唔太夠新鮮, 激辣避風塘水魷唔辣, 完全係十分之失望 ,炸豆腐有待進步, 炒蜆唔新鮮 食到有沙洗得唔乾淨, 上菜超級凍完全唔係即炒 ,小炒王凍咗之後草青味好重 小炒王上菜都係超級凍啦, 椒鹽九肚魚啲魚好水 啲肉超級散, 蒜香骨冇乜蒜味 感覺都唔係同一道菜嚟嘅, 啲手工啤同asahi冇乜分別, 咸柑桔檸檬都唔錯嘅。 性價比超低 同類型我可以去食唔同好食嘅大排檔

這邊是比較受年輕人歡迎的小炒店 因為除了特色好吃的小炒之外還有很多不同種類的啤酒可以點😆手工啤都有😆而且這邊小炒的種類很多~所以就算跟老人家一起來他們也很喜歡~因為可以吃到很多不同而且新穎的東西 坐得的也比大排檔相對舒服~這邊的炸豬手跟墨魚餅也很好吃~平常只吃椒鹽白飯魚的我 這次也覺得這個鹹蛋黃白飯魚也很不錯很下酒🍺還有差不多每桌都必點的咕嚕肉~但是對於不太愛吃甜的人來說 我就覺得偏甜了一點😬有點比較像吃甜品🤣不過那個豬肉的肉質很好👍🏻其他小炒都很有鑊氣很惹味😋
