1. 香煎黑松露手打蓮藕墨魚餅:煎得唔錯,落咗適量嘅油煎,咬落去表面焦脆,唔會成口油淋淋。仲有淡淡嘅黑松露味,調味剛剛好,黑松露味唔會太搶。
2. 椒鹽九肚魚:唔使講又係炸得香脆,食落熱辣辣出哂煙,同坊間嘅椒鹽九肚魚唔同,佢嘅調味有少少特別,食唔出係咪加咗柚子,但食落感覺輕盈,零負擔。
3. 避風塘鮮魷:一如槪往,又係炸得出式,呢碟菜係我地全晚最期待嘅菜式,而佢真係不負眾望,避風塘嘅味道好突出,亦唔係好辣,啱哂唔食得辣嘅我地。而本身無打算叫飯嘅我地,都因為要食埋啲炸蒜,而專登叫一碗飯嚟送,所以真係幾好食嘅。
4.  飛天通菜煲:味道幾好,我欣賞師傅整呢道菜嘅時候唔會好似其他食店咁,整到得個鹹字,會就住調味。
5. 老火菜乾煲豬肺湯:中規中矩,調味尚可,冇太勁味精。

總結嚟講,食物質素嚟講係中上,三個人五碟嘢啱啱好,今次嗌咗太多煎炸菜式,個胃未有空間可以試到佢啲小炒、沙拉骨嗰啲;但對於男士嚟講,可能就要叫多幾碟。而就住服務嚟講,平日晚市見佢最早17:30就可以book枱,下一輪係19:00,如此類推,用餐時間九十分鐘。可能食早嗰輪啦,餐廳都未算多人,仲有好多吉枱,以上菜速嚟講,佢絕對係有效率嘅👍,叫完大槪十五分鐘嘢食就陸續上。見佢由18:45開始多人,可想而知,19:00嗰輪應該係最多人入座嘅,但當晚食到7點3到都唔見佢有人喺門口排隊,亦無其他食客等點位,點知都比人趕😅
唯一要講嘅地方,喺用餐時間內,待應對人嘅態度係okay嘅,仲好細心咁提我地要小心枱同枱之間嘅罅隙,唔好郁到張枱。但喺接近完嘅時候,倒數分別30/15/5分鐘待應會催你交枱,前前後後比佢催咗三次,見你仲食緊嘅時候又準時交唔到枱,佢地會一致咁木無表情😶‍🌫️,喺你枱邊行下又望下,以身體語言催下你咁…睇得出,呢班同事真係好幫得老細手,大大提高高翻桌率👍
