幾年前幫襯過,當時仍未轉名;近期再幫襯已改名川粵樓,待應們及大廚自己出資開,裝修無咩大改,但味道更勝從前,今次已是一星期內第二次幫襯,可知有幾好味!本人都不是麻辣控但真心覺得四川味道做得正宗又好味,川粵樓是其中一間值得推介,最重要價錢公道,味道正宗!下次仍會和不同朋友再幫襯的。

聽經理說他們的大廚是粵菜出身,然後到四川學藝,經驗十足,廚藝精湛!難怪我們一家人,無論喜歡辣的或者不能吃辣的,到川粵樓都一定可以找到喜歡吃的心水菜式!

這間餐廳每一樣食物都做得仔細用心,值得一再光顧👍🏻👍🏻

一向都喜歡吃辣的,得知科達7樓是十多年的老骨幹成員原班人馬主理,立刻約了幾個吃貨朋友一齊上去。疫情關係,都很久沒有外出吃飯,但這一餐飯真是很期待,到最後亦沒有失望而所有服務員及八卦的我看到廚房的工作人員都有戴口罩,而他們都預備了消毒紙巾給我們,這些都拎我放心了不少!一向沒有寫食評的習慣,所以分享的資料不夠充足還有點了土豆絲和辣子雞,最後點了甜點 雷沙湯丸(很喜歡)我們一行四人都很滿足每人$5xx 會再來的!

好地道的川菜,辣得過癮!最愛的水煮豬肉是必點,乾扁系列色香味俱全,尤其雞軟骨好惹味!還有好多選擇,乾鍋菜花都好好味,可以同時品嚐川菜粵菜兩大菜系精品,不吃辣的朋友可以試下蝦兵蟹將(用花雕酒煮好香),豉油皇大蝦,沙爹肥牛粉絲煲等,還有涼菜的耳片豆絲好特別,蒜泥白肉是傳統必點,新創的話梅淮山,胡麻豆腐都好開胃,別有一番風味,甜品最愛是即撞豆腐花,薑汁湯圓,午餐時段還有廣東點心提供,蝦餃燒賣,一應俱全,真是不亦樂乎
