朋友想食羊腩煲,咁啱經過餐廳門口,見到餐牌有羊腩煲,抱住無咩所謂嘅心態就走入去食。我哋叫咗羊腩煲、臘味芥蘭同楊州炒飯。碟芥蘭要俾十個讚,夠晒鑊氣,炒得又香又甜、茶餐廳食到大排檔風味,周圍望下,見到餐廳放滿咗廚藝嘅獎牌同獎盃,發現自己誤打誤撞入咗間人氣店;另外,羊腩煲$118都要讚下,雖然味道正正常常無咩特別,但就勁足料,冬菇、竹筍、支竹、、生菜、羊腩,樣樣都有,比起出面賣緊$298果啲仲大煲,原本諗住求祈入去一間餐廳食,估唔到咁大驚喜,埋單仲要唔洗$250,勁抵食!會再去幫襯,試下佢其他小菜或燒味。 continue reading

朋友話呢間餐廳喺大埔真係一間勁多人捧場嘅燒味店,午市時段經常大排長龍,深受附近街坊歡迎。呢日探朋友,佢帶左我特登去試,叫咗兩份燒鵝五寶飯。佢哋嘅燒鵝真係一絕,用咗5斤半比雌鵝,再用自家秘製陳皮醬醃制,味道真係冇得輸,皮脆肉嫩,啖啖肉汁。五寶飯入面仲有叉燒、燒肉、紅腸同咸蛋,每一樣都好入味,食到停唔到口。當日例湯係青紅蘿蔔湯,清甜滋潤。飲品方面,我地叫咗凍檸茶(小冰小甜)同熱檸茶。凍檸茶清涼解渴,檸檬味濃郁,真係好正;熱檸茶暖胃,茶香四溢,飲完人都精神晒。環境真係好有香港茶餐廳嘅feel,服務員親切友善,座位雖然唔算多,但食物質素真係冇得輸。如果你都鍾意食燒味,真係要去試下。 continue reading

今日午飯我哋嚟到大埔一間茶餐廳,環境舒適,氣氛唔錯。我就點咗燒味雙拼,選咗燒腩仔拼燒鵝,朋友則點咗黯然銷魂鴛鴦雙蛋飯,仲有加一個黃金西多士同凍檸茶。首先講講我嘅燒味雙拼,燒腩仔嘅皮脆肉嫩,脂肪嘅比例恰到好處,口感非常豐富,咬落去有一種滿足感。燒鵝就更加唔錯,肉質鮮嫩,皮膚香脆,搭配佢哋特製嘅醬汁,真係好味到唔得了。朋友嘅黯然銷魂鴛鴦雙蛋飯,真係名不虛傳!飯粒鬆軟,再加埋雙蛋,味道交融得好好,實在係一個唔錯嘅選擇。最後,個黃金西多士就更加係驚喜,外脆內軟,裡面仲夾住咗香滑嘅花生醬,食落去真係好有口感。凍檸茶清新解渴,正好中和咗一啲重口味嘅食物。總體來講,今次嘅午餐真係好滿意,無論係食物質素定係服務態度都令人感到開心,絕對值得再來! continue reading

我真係好鐘意食茶記,難得入到大埔,去朝下聖先↔️深受街坊歡迎嘅大埔燒味人氣店鋪竺扶大班燒味✨原隻古井燒鵝脾上湯瀨粉燒鵝燒嘅火喉控制剛剛好,燒鵝皮脆,鵝肉juicy,用上自家祕制陳皮醬醃制雌鵝,食得出古早味道瀨粉粗身,食落滑不溜手✨常餐鮮茄牛肉公仔麵配火腿奄列+厚多士鮮茄湯底濃郁,每塊牛肉都大大件,入口嫩滑,奄列蛋好有蛋香味,份量大大份✨熱奶茶奶茶用黑白奶沖配,奶味香濃,入口醇滑店舖卡位坐位舒適,燈光明亮,職員態度好好,有別於一般嘅茶餐廳,唔怪之得咁受歡迎👍🏻 continue reading
