每逢午餐經過這裏,必定會有人在排隊,這次我們下午兩點過來,打算避開人群,想不到裏面還是全院滿座,等了一會兒才有位置。這間冰室以燒味出名,所以我們點了兩個燒味飯:黯然銷魂鴛鴦飯 $65《半肥瘦叉燒+冰燒鳳凰雞》一定要大贊這個冰燒鳳凰雞!! 鳳凰雞的雞皮配上特製香料,燒出來脆脆的、甜甜的,十分惹味,詢問之下才知道醬料有菠蘿、紅黃椒、青檸、蒜蓉等!完全是心機之作!!! 半肥瘦叉燒肥瘦相間,看上去一點也不油膩,吃下去不會太靭,也十分好吃。燒鵝五寶飯 $78《燒鵝+叉燒+燒腩仔+玫瑰紅腸+鹹蛋半隻》侍應哥哥說他們的燒鵝是用5斤半的鵝,再用自家祕制陳皮醬醃制內籠,製成古早的味道,所以吃起上嚟跟外面的不一樣。燒腩仔的外皮也十分香脆可口,肉也不乾,燒得剛剛好!玫瑰紅腸不會太鹹,另一重點是五寶飯的餸也太多了吧!!!!!這間冰室的燒味真的很好吃!!下次來要試一試他們的沙嗲牛肉麵和下午茶呢。
