說起香港人氣燒味店,不時聽過竺扶,其是大埔分店灣仔午市長期多人排隊🥹 這次能早點來到,等了10分鐘便可入座。銷魂叉燒、燒腩仔 配上湯瀨粉 $54招牌叉燒肥瘦均勻,外層有點燒焦,肉質好腍且不會黐牙。燒腩仔皮很脆薄,一半脂肪一半肉也不感油膩。上湯瀨粉的湯有鮮味,瀨粉挺彈滑!乳豬五寶飯 $98【乳豬+油雞+銷魂叉燒皇+玫瑰紅腸+鹹蛋半隻】很豐富,食物色澤均勻。乳豬外皮很脆薄,由雞肉肉質挺嫩,以鹹蛋拌飯十分香口。凍羅漢果茶 $7小枝裝的,跟餐挺划算,好清甜!凍檸檬茶 $7價錢不貴且份量相宜,等候時間相對其他人氣燒味店較短,店內還播90後的流行歌曲!這家可以一試!ps 太飽了,唯下次來吃鵝汁撈麵和燒鵝!

这是本次香港之行的最后一晚,怎么能不吃一顿叉烧饭呀!这也是我的第一篇openrice评价。来香港之前,我心里还多多少少有点忐忑的。可是来了之后我发现,香港的朋友是很友善可爱的,我在旅途中遇到的每一位朋友都很nice,对待自己的工作很认真很专业。香港的食物也是有温度的,食材一看就是精心挑选过的,烹饪过程一定也非常用心(这在吃惯了预制菜的我来说真的是太难得啦),服务贴心有爱,总之这是我吃过的最好吃最满意的叉烧饭啦!另外还有一段小插曲,临走的时候不小心把手机落在了座位上,好几位服务员冲出来叫住我,好感动哇!老板可爱又温暖,还打趣我是不是爱上了她哈哈哈。超级满意的一次就餐体验,我爱这家叉烧饭,我爱香港,有机会还来!祝生意兴隆哦

呢間燒味餐廳的外賣價格比附近一般嘅燒味舖貴出一大截,但其食物質素與其高昂的價錢絕對唔成正比。買過幾款唔同的外賣,包括义燒,燒鴨及燒肉,只屬中規中矩。义燒的味道比較單調,只留在外層,且不夠入味;燒肉味道則偏鹹,燒鵝比較其他燒味做得出色,應該算係呢間餐廳嘅招牌菜。其實附近有好多更好的外賣燒咪檔選擇,例如灣仔道的老舖環球燒味,價格實惠之外,每樣食品的味道都做到恰到好處,燒肉更是一絕。而且又好禮貌,實屬外賣首選!

想再補充,呢間嘢嘅師傅真係刀工一流斬出嚟啲燒味已經細分㗎啦,仲要件件細細件雞同叉燒都薄嗰張紙,一係斬嗰啲剩係得舊骨連皮嘅位。已經唔係第一次中伏,真心唔明點解你哋貪方便要縱容呢間舖頭繼續可以喺呢個逆市環境底下生存。再喺唔喺度消費你哋自己決定。莫非師傅就係老細?你有佣分?斬多件叉燒要入你數?呢間嘢嘅做法,我會一直宣揚開去,比廣大市民睇到你哋營商手法係。希望你哋都可以公道收到呢個價錢俾返有質素嘅食物你嘅客人。
