在灣仔工作後,放工到這間餐廳買外賣,很想食燒鵝,所以買咗半隻燒鵝加餸。肶免斬,價錢係$248再加兩蚊外賣盒,總數港幣$250。但帶返屋企後,打開盒,肶是全隻沒有斬開,但半隻鵝其他部分好像是由兩隻不同的燒鵝肉拼合而成,色澤和肉質都好像完全不一樣。其中有大部份肉很乾的,味道亦很差。有些沒有良心的店,客人買燒味,廚房可以要由不同燒味肉拼湊而成。並且把賣不出的燒味或出爐很久的,留給外賣單客人,是否因為外賣客人多數不會回店向你追討。各位到任何餐廳若果外賣,就千萬要小心。香港食肆沒落是有它的原因。

人真的很多,但是每次的服務都很參差1. 叫好不跟循序,3/4位 排很久,出兩位就進兩位相隔5、6張都未到我2. 6個人叫我坐圓臺,但是的餐完全擺不落3. 之前叫作燒鵝 比曬肥到看不到肉的背部部分給們,整桌3.4個人都是。 後來店員說:以後可以走背,所以之後我地都固定會叫走背 。今日我叫做鵝走背,他給了全鵝背給我,我話我係要走,不係要背。 店員拿回去後,把我的油雞全部換曬胸。 後面再同我講,你不可以兩個都走背。大佬,我走的是鵝背,你自己整錯,後來有改口說 要我加8元比我鵝胸。 其實我只是不要鵝背,但是我也沒有都要胸。自己店員搞錯曬,有系度大大聲話。 師傅出2次不會再做過啦。 你出幾次都錯,係咪你地個問題。 總之,幾好食都好,重點也不是必然只有你一間燒鵝。 還要落錯單不認輸,再叫客加錢先給轉。,無下次,如果大家想花錢買罪受可以去啦。

平時見呢間燒味大排長龍,今日下午茶時段見到有位就走入去試吓呢間藍帶廚師炮製嘅燒味。叫咗一碗下午茶燒味飯燒鵝叉燒雙拼加例湯。燒鵝用五斤半雌鵝再用陳皮醬醃製,肉質細嫩,肉味特出,叉燒就唔會醃過龍,叉燒醬味只係輕輕係面,食落仲有豬肉味。雖然細細碗,但係啲肉一啲都唔少。最出色係個例湯,今日係沙葛赤小豆煲唐排,平時餐廳都係用啲頭頭尾尾煲,佢呢度啲老火湯用料十足,真係有成條排骨喺度,湯味夠濃,最緊要只係$6,非常抵飲。
