今次係我第一次寫食評。星期六又係我同男朋友既自由時間~依排唔知咩事超想燒野食但2個人冇理由即刻去買炭買燒烤叉依樣個樣架MA所以就上OPENRICE搵到依間燒烤鋪喇睇食評都好多喊不過2011年都係笑多過喊,所以都去試下~一去到,成條街泊哂車不過個度都有好多車位落佐車就等位,超多人。等佐15分鐘到,就有位喇。本來我地勁開心。咁多人都咁快有位。點知。。。入到去點完野食個時9:00pm9:32pm摧佐一次到9:46pm終於都來喇!!味道:由於等太耐,所以好肚餓咁食佐一粒先影相覺得好好食呀~又夠味~又唔干好快咁食完4粒之後又係等等等。。粟米超甜超好食~我男朋友不嬲好憎食粟米,佢都食哂一節~其實我好怕食燒既粟米,因為通常好痴牙不過佢地燒到唔痴牙仲好多汁反而後面個飯團就痴牙到無朋友。。。之後就係期待佐成晚既燒茄子真係好好味!好夠味又唔會太咸!由於我唔食蔥,所以片走哂,但都一樣好夠味!good!我男朋友有茄子恐懼症都同我爭食仲有佢叫個個田螺係最早來既野食(我一路睇佢食一路等)佢都覺得好好味,$30大大碗成晚最差係個芝士燒定焗西蘭花D西蘭花似就咁滾熟加 garlic 仲要燶佐同D芝士係cheap到死個D

我地仲叫佐翠肉瓜,四季豆,土豆,娃娃菜同南瓜
不過所有野都一樣味
有少少食飽就算既感覺。

我男朋友叫佐既鰻魚飯團都唔多得
佢話同我個個淨飯團一樣味,仲要貴D。

所以我下次再來食都唔會當佢係晚餐,會宵夜先去食
因為好濃味同樣樣一樣味,個感覺似掃街
仲有等到餓死都未有得食

夜D我地差唔多走個時隔離個對情侶點D野來得超快
唔知係唔係因為夜佐冇咁人多,定係一早燒好哂D肉

除佐個toilet嚇死人之外都算係咁
雖細不過坐得都算舒服

除佐等N耐同講野大聲之外都算OK
因為佢地忙到同我地冇交流!
不過收碟收得好快手,唔會阻住唔夠位放。

我下次都會帶D朋友來~不過一定唔會當正餐!!

有時經過這裏都見有不少人吃,所以有人提議就來試一試。但這晚實在太多人,都等了半小時,他們在行人路開了一張枱給我們。我們點呀點,都不知道點了多少。因站了許久,所以點了一些較快可以醫肚的,就是辣魚蛋和炒螺。其他如燒牛舌、醬爆墨魚丸、魷魚、蕃茄都不錯。整體都是好的,是晚有點風,坐在街上別有一番風味!

燒銀杏: 比上回在大坑的隱泉串燒好味! 而且這裡才$10/串, 隱泉則要$23/串!
最後我來了一小碗酸辣粉(大辣), 因男友已有飽意, 而我對辣的粉麵從不抗拒!
最後埋單兩人才百多元比上回四人$2,500差遠了! 好滿足的一個晚上!
後記: 我知道男女同事(靚女)有捧場看我每篇食評, 請不要誤會我們在您家沒有吃飽, 而是我倆一到晚上同是大胃王. 這一方面是我們最配合的地方!!!

今日有同事生日,我地一行十二個人收工同佢興祝 ,有同事提議去食串燒,咁我地成班就去左重慶燒啦!地方唔大、不過佢係同一條街開左成三間、有D信心、呢樹d野食算係好平,幾蚊有一串,特別推介燒大眼雞,冇得頂!抵食,好食,好香口、好鮮甜,另一個推介係燒九菜、特別得黎又好好味、我地幾乎試晒佢所有款式!<人多呀ma>食到中途開始有問題啦!食食下越黎越口乾、真係好重味精呀、我開始頂唔住,而且佢幾乎全部野都係同一款味道,又重味味,食到第四款開始我地都一致覺得已經唔知自己食緊果樣係咩,加上D服務態度認真麻麻地,可能忙啦!我地一二點去到食到三點走人、埋單二千四百大元、我個人認為真係唔會再黎,因為我對MSG冇咩興趣,我怕食得多會屎,總括黎講試一次半次冇問題,多食就冇益@@

兩三年前的中秋也是在台北渡過,那邊烤肉(即香港的燒烤)狂熱程度是無論大街小巷、屋企大厦門口也在烤!通常是用在便利店有售的摺叠式小型燒烤爐,最高紀錄是在三天內和不同友人燒了四次!害得離開那天在機上鼻端還像嗅到炭味.想不到今年人在香港,晚上打完保齡球後一行六人宵夜時段竟來了吃串燒.更想不到是凌晨一時多這條街上幾家分店也差不多全部客滿!燒韮菜、茄子、菠蘿、蘆荀、粟米----是其中燒得比較好的幾款,蔬果吃起來不乾身保留了不少水份在內,難得茄子不覺油膩而且蒜蓉的味道十分濃郁.牛柳粒、羊肉串、牛肉、石蠔----是屬於差的幾款!幾款肉調味也是太咸及集乾,硬,嚡於一身.而蠔則像只是外殼有加熱,面層的蒜蓉大部份還未熟,溫度微暖的蠔吃起來有點苦味.花枝丸、司華力腸、雞軟骨、蒜蓉包----這類大路貨出事的機會甚低.牛脷、金黃雞中翼----厚身的牛脷質感軟淋帶有丁點的臊味,雞翼燒得皮脆肉嫩滑.這兩款是處理得較佳的肉類.凉拌木耳----微辣帶點醋酸味,爽爽的很開胃.青芥辣青瓜粒----青芥辣的味道來得輕剛好除去了青瓜的草青味,沒有辣至攻鼻的感覺本是不錯的配搭惜青瓜沒有拍鬆頗為硬身.可能其它客人的食物已吃得七七八

牛脷、金黃雞中翼----厚身的牛脷質感軟淋帶有丁點的臊味,雞翼燒得皮脆肉嫩滑.這兩款是處理得較佳的肉類.
凉拌木耳----微辣帶點醋酸味,爽爽的很開胃.
青芥辣青瓜粒----青芥辣的味道來得輕剛好除去了青瓜的草青味,沒有辣至攻鼻的感覺本是不錯的配搭惜青瓜沒有拍鬆頗為硬身.

可能其它客人的食物已吃得七七八八我們才落單,所以食物很快已陸續上檯亦沒有漏單情況出現.
深夜時份胃口不大,幸得某位口不對心的人妻(剛坐下時自稱"耶~~~我都唔肚餓!唔駛預我果份!!",到第一碟食物出現開始一直無停過口無停過筷子)出口相助至全部清場為止.

But all of you must know,eating skewers are quite a luxury in Hong Kong.That day, after watching "A-Team" at Elements (FYI, quite a crappy film!),we walked to Jordon. Just like many other skewer restaurants, all skewers tend to taste alike

quality especially given that price. The 法式香草芝士牛油焗帆立貝 was
fine, but slightly oily and the cheese was tasteless.

Just a place to chill with friends. Guess worth giving it a try.

Was part of a large group that came here for dinner. There were a couple of people in the group who were devastated that they weren't able to make it - they have apparently been raving over this place since the last time they came.

We order multiple orders of eggplant, scallops, oysters, pork neck, chicken cartilage, eel, mackrel, barbequed rice (like onigiri), kidneys, beef tongue, mushrooms and vegetables. ..many items and they were actually cooked quite well. So the kitchen was clearly competent.

But.

And maybe I'm missing something about the Hong Kong palate that so many Cantonese reviewers think this place is the bomb...everything... but EVERYTHING was laced with the same flavour powder - seemed to be made up mainly of salt, chilli powder, dried rosemary and garlic. If I didn't know any better, I'd say that the owners are using the restaurant merely as a means of advertising the myraid recipies on which their secret spice mix can be used. If you can't handle spicy food, a meal here quickly degenerates into a guess-that-meat-from-its-texture game cos that spice powder is a constant and intrusive presence.

Even if you can take spicy food. What's the point? With no sauces or dips or any other flavour options, your best bet is to leave your taste buds at home.

我自己本身好鍾意食lee d大陸燒烤,好多年前o係深圳食到而家,近年香港開左類似燒烤店,就要去食啦!!重慶燒我食過4,5次,第一次o係白加士街食好麻麻,味道唔夠濃,跟住去左渡船街食一次愛上,叫大辣真係有佢o係大陸食o個種味道,之後去第二次佢隔離開多個舖位做生意,直到我上個禮拜5去見佢對面又整多個舖位做生意,入去點完野食成半個鐘都冇一樣野食黎過,問個侍應佢又話燒緊,最尾用左成個半鐘先食完我嗌o個6樣野,好心佢做唔切就咪鬼開多兩個舖位做啦,本身一個爐做一個舖,而家一個爐做3間舖,真係等多過食law!!
