看上平平的雞翼實在不能看輕。不知是不是店家一時下得重手,酥脆的外皮包著嫰嫰的雞翼,突然間,哇!好辣呀!終於有一道菜是有麻的感覺,整條舌頭都沒有感覺啦!好過癮。

全晚最驚艷的串燒,燒韮菜。看電視節目,大陸的麻辣燙串燒之類都很愛燒韮菜。西打一看到餐牌就不埋朋友懷疑硬要點來吃!

當然是超好吃啦!又多汁又香甜的韮菜燒過後變得更香,也是帶一點點辣辣的,朋友都連聲讚好!

半打燒蠔,一半芝士燒焗,一半蒜蓉燒。

中間的是肥牛串,西打是因為很好奇肥牛串燒是甚麼模樣。

沒想到不是薄薄的,反而是有點厚度的肥牛串!又是好吃的一道菜!

燒元貝,價錢是有點貴,但西打還是第一次吃到麼有份量的元貝,就連在鯉魚門也沒有吃過。肉好厚好大,燒過的肉也沒有乾乾的。咬一口肉,又鮮又嫰,真的好好吃!這個西打超推薦。

總計:HK$390 (3人)

大部份東西都好好吃,就是這晚沒有下重四川辣粉有點不過癮,缺少了又麻又流汗的感覺。也不賴,就當成是先預訪吃一點原味啦!下次一定要來多一次麻辣之旅。

本人是與一位同事懷着+分期待的心情(經由另一同事介紹的)到此燒烤店吃晚飯,當我們抵達該店時,店員隨即問我們有沒有訂枱(態度頗差) ,我們說沒有,他便安排我們"搭枱",沒有所謂。因為我實在太期待吃店內的食物了。我還記得點了燒石蠔、扇貝、豬、牛、雞、金菇菜、南瓜、菠蘿等等的食物。首先,這些扇貝燒得"乾碀碀",一點味道也沒有,極度差。石蠔,極度不新鮮,還有陣陣惡嗅。至於豬、牛、雞串燒方面只有一種味道,無論我吃豬、牛或雞都沒有分別,甚至乎吃不出什麼來。(因為全部都用同一種調味料,只有辣味,沒有其他味道。)吃到一半,我們有另一同事會到來,那我便要求轉枱,卻被拒絕,說所有枱都巳有人訂了,不能轉枱,你們可以坐"碧D啦"。聽完後,我極度憤怒...我發誓,以後不會再去這間食物與服務都"九流"的食店。PS.我男友較早前已提醒我不要去,我不相信這么麽差,結果"須咗"...

We didn’t realise there are a lot of eateries around this old residential area. The streets inside this area are not very busy and they look like some area in Singapore/Malaysia with little restaurants along both sides of the streets. Grilled lamb chops – seems to be the house special but they missed the order at the first time so we had to order it again; came in 4 pieces and quite filling
Grilled pork cheeks – good texture
Grilled pork chop – very big piece but the taste wasn’t great at all
Grilled beef fillets – so-so
Grilled beef tongue – so-so, didn’t taste very much like beef tongue!
Grilled eggplant – big flat piece and the sauce matched well with it
Grilled squid – good and not too dry
Grilled eel – very good especially the skin was crunchy
Grilled small fishes – so-so
Clams in original sauce – Teppanyaki style and they were tasty

We can eat spicy food so we ordered “medium” spicy and I guess they just put more herbs on the meat. It was a Sunday night so the place wasn’t too packed and we didn’t have to wait for long for the food. Just that the staffs seemed to miss orders for a few tables cos we had to share the table with others. A little odd that gf and I sat right next to each other but not opposite. This place is not bad with the price and quality of the food but don’t expect to have very good service.

前两天去香港玩;和朋友逛了一天的街到了晚上6:00多,朋友就建意说“我带你去光顾一家重庆串烧试一试。 对于串烧,我特别的喜欢;就因为我喜欢吃,所以我的朋友带我去试一试呢!我们7:30到这,人还真多呀!没位那就只好等啦,等到8:20分才到我们,一坐下我们就迫不及待的叫了一些。 整体来说,这店的面积虽不很算大,但好在我我觉得他们的串烧真的好好味哟,火辣辣的串烧真让我回味。那些辣粉和重庆孜然香料真的浓郁惹味,真令人上瘾! 下次过去了,我还会去光顾他们的。

嘿!各位好!太公於四月去了大英帝國探親及西班牙深造語文,前往三週;雖然當地有不少美食,但唯辣的食物選擇不多,嗜辣如命的太公自然對辣心掛掛得很。下機後,體貼的太公之公就建議去吃以往經常光顧的重慶串燒。雖然前文說過,此店自從搬大舖後,小店風味也沒有太濃,但其孜然與鮮肉配合烤出的串燒仍令人回味,也就驅車前往。可惜,此店質素有持續退步的跡象,是次發現質素下降的食物有:- 烤羊肉串:肉質已沒以往的鮮嫩,肉汁也沒那麼豐富 - 雖然在香港來說,就算現在這種質素,已屬不錯,但其實她曾經做得更好。- 烤豆皮:豆皮沒以往的香,也沒以往的軟熟,偏硬了;最致命的,還是不夠熱辣辣,只是溫的,像是新手對火候掌握不足,怕烤焦而早早取出所致;香料於是也沒有足夠時間被汲收,怎會好吃呢?這道菜,此店曾經作得很好,出這差錯,實在不太能接受!- 燒雞翼:雞翼燒得剛好,肉汁豐富,而且與孜鹽味道很配合,吃下去感覺不錯;可惜孜鹽好像下手輕了,沒以前吃的那般香- 燒雞肉腸:原因與燒雞翼一樣,火候沒問題,也是孜鹽下手輕了;雞肉腸本是濃味之物,香料要重手點才可!猶幸,還有一些能保持水準:- 燒韮菜:韮菜調味不需太重,現在的剛好;韮菜夠新

猶幸,還有一些能保持水準:
- 燒韮菜:韮菜調味不需太重,現在的剛好;韮菜夠新鮮,孜鹽吊出了新鮮菜味,做得相當精彩。

也試了舊店沒有新菜:
- 燒鮮魷;魷魚夠新鮮,沒有太韌,烤的部份是水準之作;不過可惜孜鹽未能與這鮮魷配合,感覺只是在吃烤鮮魷罷了,調味要扣分。
- 芝士焗西蘭花 - 芝士沒有特別香,用的芝士不夠好;只是加了蒜蓉使西蘭花更香口而已,西蘭花也夠新鮮,算不俗,但不值得專乘來吃。
- 涼伴皮蛋 - 用了溏心皮蛋,吃上去還不錯;不過生蒜粒的味道不能汲收在內,未能達到調味之效,不香也不辣,感覺只像在吃皮蛋而已,「涼伴」好像是多餘了

最要命的還是服務水準;老實說,客人已沒以往的多;六時半入席吃到七點多,也只得幾枱客。但甫坐下時,侍應還緊張地要我們對著坐而不能並肩共坐看電視 - 實在不明其所以然;最重要還是態度硬邦邦的,令人感覺不舒服。
既然沒有小店的閒適感,食物質素也下降,也沒以前抵食,是時候開始物色新的串燒店了!
