吉列牛佢都有幾多舊,不過就細舊咗少少,比起之前食過幾間都細舊🥺 鐵板燒落去真係香噴噴,肉質都唔錯幾淋,比起西冷,吉列牛牛味重啲,我覺得好味啲😎

不過2個牛餐都有個石/鐵板嘅缺點,就係缺點鐵板好快唔熱/ 等左好耐都唔熱,都唔知係咪因為我坐正冷氣位😭如果鐵板快啲熱會更好囉。

都會坊餐廳係旺角朗豪坊附近,不本以為係普通平民茶餐廳,睇真d餐廳原來有好多唔同款式既石燒牛肉套餐,而且價錢一d都唔貴,諗都唔諗就入左去🤣🤣🤣

我就梗係揀吉列牛排啦!
成個套餐超豐富,除左牛肉外,仲有半份白飯同意粉。
牛肉肉質好嫩滑,放係石板上燒十秒左右己經夠,再加上芥末醬,充滿日式風味😋😋😋

另外仲點左依家做緊特價既石頭西冷,西冷超大塊啊,
好厚身所以要燒耐d,西冷扒好juicy而且肉味好濃,都幾高質!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

呢間西餐廳都係食牛為主,喺朗豪坊附近,我食過都唔止一次。以前食牛小排,但呢期佢出咗新野,所以就試吓佢個新推出嘅吉列牛。佢覺得吉列牛套餐係$108,加多$20可以配三款東西,包括椰菜沙律、意粉、餐湯、飲品、薯菜,任擇其三。如果另外加$10就可以要多其中一款。我就揀咗椰菜沙律同埋意粉同埋飲品同埋餐湯。餐湯係忌廉湯,其實好多餐廳都一樣,稀啲嘅汁就係白汁或者忌廉汁,濃啲嘅,就會變成湯。所以佢個湯都幾濃。配埋蒜蓉包一齊食,鹹鹹的都幾唔錯。之後就到佢個主菜吉列牛套餐,一送上嚟嘅時候,都真係幾有日本嘅風味,有一個爐喺度燒緊,吉列牛外層有一層炸粉,佢會俾埋個夾你,可以逐塊逐塊放落個爐到,然後再點佢嘅Wasabi汁,似honey mustard,再放落口食,就幾唔錯。牛肉嘅質感幾嫩口。另外一題嘅就係椰菜沙律,椰菜沙律佢用胡麻醬去整,所以作為開胃前菜,又幾清新。最後飲品係佢嘅綠茶🍵,幾甜,但作為食濃味野後的飲品,反而我覺得幾適合。

以往都吃過吉列牛,今次見到有,就看看有甚麼特別。今次的吉列牛肉質嫩,好快會煎熟,所以要留意時間。不過牛肉外圍是用麵包糠炸,所以再煎就會硬,味道一般,所以我覺得一點不配合牛肉,值得再改善。
