今晚我哋喺天后一間餐廳打邊爐,環境好特別好懷舊好有90年代feel,連俾客人擺袋都係用竹籮超有feel🤩坐低冇耐就會有一大盤醬汁俾客人自己調製,其中蔥頭油、沙嗲醬係餐廳自家製架!係老母必試推介🤗莫生氣椰椰雞湯🐓🥥湯底用咗新鮮椰子、椰青水同埋雞煲出嚟,味道清甜又香濃,飲落去好舒服,完全冇油膩感,打邊爐前飲返碗湯潤一潤先😌牛魔王拼盤🐂拼盤上面有唔同部位嘅牛肉:本地手切肥牛、安格斯牛頸脊、牛脷托、手切封門柳同鮮牛肉粒,每款都有六片架😍食落去每一款都有唔同嘅口感,特別係封門柳,肉質軟嫩得黎有咬口而且牛味仲好濃郁🤤簡直係肉食者嘅天堂🤩日本扇貝&海中蝦🦐佢哋嘅扇貝新鮮到不得了,肉質鮮甜,簡單一煮就已經好好味。而且每隻扇貝都雞乸咁大隻,食落去彈牙又鮮,正到爆🤤海中蝦都一樣新鮮彈牙又唔梅,剝完蝦殼掉埋個蝦頭落去湯底繼續煲,成煲湯更加鮮🤩鮮墨魚滑🦑呢個墨魚滑真係一流,口感滑溜彈牙,墨魚味仲好出好鮮,完全唔需要加多餘嘅調味,就算淨係用湯底煮已經夠晒味😋山水豆腐質地滑嫩,吸收咗湯底嘅味道後,食落去真係好正仲好香豆味,而且份量唔少夠晒大碟🤗白菜仔🥬蘿蔔片白菜仔清脆爽口,蘿蔔片煮過之後更加甜,兩者都係打邊爐嘅最
