Fb Follow 左呢間店一段時間,好欣賞店主信念,真香港人。最近有時間就過黎試下呢間小店。點左一個花膠併酒蜆米粉,加龍眼蔘蜜。最欣賞佢個湯底,清甜,無味精,住家湯feel。飲完都唔會口渴。我飲哂成碗🤣花膠煮得入味,夠淋。滑lulu!米粉夠脆口。好可惜嘅係,d蜆真係唔新鮮😢有酒味,但唔夠味,加上蜆唔新鮮,蓋唔過陣味。碗粉唔太大碗,食完唔太飽。🥺🥺餸都唔太多。半舊花膠,2隻蜆。最驚喜嘅係蔘蜜!好重蔘味,而且又有蜜嘅甜味。飲完喉嚨好舒服。

原價$16 的龍眼花旗蔘蜜,點米粉只需加$12,順喉清潤。 看似簡單的一餐,幸好仍有誠意小店密密耕耘。

店舖坐位不多,幸運地兩個人坐四人枱坐得幾舒服,不過枱面痴笠笠感覺不太乾淨👀。二人套餐($168)包兩款米粉/飯、一份菜、兩樽龍眼花旗蔘蜜同小食醉雞腎。我地揀左招牌花膠米粉同廣島蠔米粉,廣島蠔米粉唔記得左影相😂兩款米粉湯底比較清淡,有兩塊花膠扒炆得幾淋同入味,四大粒廣島蠔飽滿肥味,有鮮味火候亦掌握得剛剛好,兩者我推介廣島蠔👍🏻,醉雞腎份量唔少咬落爽口酒味出,菜係娃娃菜正常發揮。龍眼花旗蔘蜜一開始有少少驚花旗蔘味好濃因爲自己唔算太喜歡花旗蔘陣味,飲落花旗蔘味出但唔會好勁,而且飲落清甜好舒服。米粉份量不多,男仔唔夠飽,整體味道中規中矩,唔駛特登過黎食。

昨日睇完生果報道第二日馬上放飯飛的去花膠撈米:太重蠔油,食完成條脷都充滿味精,建議如果可以將呢個醬汁換成用一點金華火腿說豬肉雞造成的醬汁會更加香濃而且一般人香港都接受到食拉麵的價錢不可以把價錢提高而且又可以把質素提升,達致雙贏的局面,主角花膠比較單薄同埋的一小塊,米粉沒有特別只是新竹米粉醉雞翼:酒味不夠,不入味,雞肉沒有做到嫩滑的感覺蔥油蠔 : 與我想像的相差甚遠,清澈的白湯水完全感受唔到哪裏可以看到蔥油,蠔也有一點腥味雞油盪菜 : 完全感覺到雞油存在主角份量太少,就算坐我旁邊的OL也要求米粉家底可想言之可惜今日沒有牛肉湯米要預訂特登飛的嚟有點失望,如果你係一隻路過蜻蜓係冇得選擇下尚算OK,相機食先噱頭尚可但味道真的要改善

雞油盪菜 : 完全感覺到雞油存在

主角份量太少,就算坐我旁邊的OL也要求米粉家底可想言之

可惜今日沒有牛肉湯米要預訂

兩粒清酒大蜆,食落好鮮甜,一粒沙都冇,
花膠有塊,好稔,好入味,咬落黏口,感覺骨膠原好重,
米粉較少,食一碗唔夠飽。。。。。
有提供XO醬調味,佢個XO醬唔係好辣。

今日星期日,特意開車過來,剛巧門口馬路有個非法位,見有人等位,裡面已經滿座,費事等喇,只好坐外面 。睇咁多人讚,我當然聰明叫招牌花膠米粉啦 $53!hubby 好搞笑以為蠔皇花膠撈麵 $68 係有蠔,其實只係蠔油 oyster sauce, 唔睇英文,哈哈!我碗米粉,花膠比他那一碗更大塊,嘻嘻 !外賣枱有文宣卡仔 (be water) 及月曆卡。幾分鐘就有得食,對於我,份量已經夠,但 hubby 碗撈麵,又真係細碗左 !價格有小小貴,不過都無所謂啦!

與同事聚餐上網搵咗一間幾吸引嘅小店店內裝修有潮洲風(少少)店員態度都好好初初睇餐牌我真係諗好耐唔係唔啱口味 而係隻隻都好想試最後上網推介嘅酒煮蜆就揀佢試試店內有二人餐四人餐都算抵食其實可以一戰但今次嘅我叫咗散餐一碗酒煮蜆米粉隨即送到試咗主角酒煮蜆 酒味好濃 但唔會蓋過蜆肉嘅鮮花膠好軟綿綿,厚實嘅花膠味。湯底我條脷就食唔出咩味,但都Okay米粉呢有別一般茶餐廳,有咬口又唔會太林整體來講小店一直都好用心打造美食,哩間誠意非常,實在難得。

太好了,有二人餐🥰(包二碗米粉+雞油燙菜+龍眼花旗蔘蜜二支)湯底真係無味精,我全部飲晒,回程途中完全沒有口渴👍👍抵讚~招牌花膠米粉:湯底清香而不膩,花膠夠淋,米粉偏幼身,不過,唔會勁快"索"晒d湯,可以留返最後一次過飲d 湯😘清酒大蜆米粉:湯底較清,大蜆無沙☺️酒味唔算太濃~雞油燙菜:今日有娃娃菜,菜唔老,真係有少少雞油香(但絕對唔會好肥膩)配埋d 豉油,我覺得好好味😍龍眼花旗蔘蜜:呢支勁好飲💋🧡💕非常推薦~雖然係花旗蔘,但完全無苦澀味,飲完喉嚨好舒服,正野😚P.S. 店舖乾淨企理,雖然主打湯米粉、潮州食物,但唔會有老土嘅感覺😂😂
