唔係焗雞果種乾身嘅口感,係撈埋蕃茄紅椒醬一齊。味道有啲中式。有兩片冇皮嘅雞肉比較嚡口又冇咩味,另外再有兩片有皮嘅雞髀肉,因爲個皮整得幾好味,將個味道層次提升咗。份量好細。結論係唔使加錢點呢個。

并不是多么繁复的调味,只要食材上乘、火候到位就足够好吃,弹嫩多汁的带子和外酥里韧的鹿儿岛和牛形成一组精彩的口感反差。

我的主菜是【铁板魔鬼鱼】,本身清淡的鱼肉在这里被做得有滋有味,外层裹满香料,咸香润进内里,汁水丰盈的同时饱含着铁板的油香和热气。Sides是菊苣沙律搭配浓郁的孔泰奶酪,挤上柠檬汁又是另一番清新。

生日送了一份鲜奶冰淇淋,造型朴实但不耽误它好吃。乳脂含量很能打,因此吃起来奶味超级醇且甜度友好,舌尖上像罩了一层口感丝滑、奶香绵绵的绸缎。

另外想講下佢地嘅服務都好好,staff會主動同客人傾下食物嘅味道,亦好樂意幫客人,態度好friendly 好nice。生日亦會送上即影即有,推介大家慶祝可以到訪🥳

前菜方面,我自己最鐘意Beef Carpaccio, Shallot Dressing, Parmesan & Rocket ,生牛肉片嘅配埋乾蔥醬汁勁夾,肉味濃而唔腥,真係好出色。Tuna with Two Spices, Avocado Puree, Shallot Dressing 呢個吞拿肉嘅做法非要fusion ,有點和風嘅感覺,配埋牛油果蓉一齊食都幾refreshing。Eggplant Escabeche, Poached Egg & Triveso Leaves ,醃漬嘅茄子酸酸甜甜,加埋流心蛋同紫色苦白菜,唔想咁heavy點呢款都唔錯。
