黎個近鏡望下先,同傳統英式下午茶一樣,佢都係三層擺放鹹甜點,最底層有芝輕牛角包同魚子醬沙律酥盒。牛角包芝士味好香,同埋佢牛油落得幾重手,咬落去係好實在個種。而魚子醬個個同牛角包個CONTRAST都大,食完個味覺輕盈左,令牛角包個油膩感減退。

CHOCOLATE CAKE上面既可可粉帶有微苦,岩曬我呢D怕食超甜既人,佢既質地亦都偏向硬身結實,每一淡都係實在既朱古力味。而CHEESE CAKE我就覺得麻麻地,冇咩太大特別就吾特別多講。

除左個三層架之外,仲有泡芙同馬卡龍!呢到既馬卡龍都算係我比較滿意既一間馬卡龍,一黎又係吾算太甜(當然邊有馬卡龍吾甜!但係未到D砂糖埋滿曬成個口既程度),其次就係佢咬完吾會碎得好緊要,除左係儀態問題,其實都反映緊材料比例混合程度同焗既火喉功力,所以值得讚一讚

本身個TEA SET 包兩杯指定既酒,全名吾太記得,但左邊個杯綠色既係有加到香茅入去,個味就吾係人人接受到,飲多兩淡先慣,而另一杯就係檸檬味既,清新吾錯。

間餐廳空間感好大,擺放左好多吾同產地既酒,而佢地既凳都係真皮,個到用廳既感覺係都HIGH ENDED PRETTY NICE:)

I ordered an oyster after the oyster expert explained, when it came it was not what I ordered. I told the server, without any apologies, he just said "Oh, maybe he mistaken." OK fine, I don't want to waste so I ate it. The same server just didn't seem to know what he was doing, and always coming by to collect our plates like they were in a rush but there was many free t

Also we just want to double check on the happy hour offer as we misunderstood some terms, their manager came and acted like we tried to get free drinks. Overall for this pricey meal, I didn't expect this service. I'll not come back again and now I know why the restaurant is never full.

續評1601去到主菜部份真的很失望。義大利飯的海鮮很少,味道也很一般。 至於聲稱強項的乳豬,咸,非常咸,咸到食唔落口。試左不同部位,都係咁咸。有d個豬皮幾趣,有d就淋晒啦。既然講到係主菜,主廚應該用心做好,比起小店,還要輸左一條街。
