不愧是亚洲前50啊,开门准点来的排了一个小时队pepper smash真的很特别!甜椒的清香混合上了酒精的清冽🍷,散发出一种奇妙的酸甜咸辣口,喝起来没什么酒味,但是有种生啃甜椒的感觉🫑Bloody Beef Maria这个就更妙了,入口是浓郁的咸辣味,再一细品又散发出来浓醇的牛肉番茄汤味🐮,看个人的接受程度,我觉得还挺奇妙的🥔最爽的是薯片可以无限续,酒的味道的话主打猎奇,也没有说特别的好喝吧

一直想朝聖這家傳說中亞洲第一酒吧,於是看了排隊攻略才出發。這天未到6時便到達酒吧門口,果然還是一條長長的隊。幸好我本來就不想第一輪入座,所以留了位後便先出發吃晚飯。酒吧很貼心地有一個app顯示客人的輪候名次,讓客人可以放心離開等待。點了兩杯cocktails,上面較啡那杯是CACAO HUSK ROSITA。十分新奇有趣的味道,Aftertaste正正就是吃完黑朱古力的味道,跟掛在邊上的朱古力是一模一樣aftertaste的!令我很驚喜!下面偏橙色的是COCONUT MILK PUNCH。用了椰奶卻顏色清澈的原因是因為它經過了clarified。整杯都很重椰奶香,很易入口,應該有不少女客人喜歡。我則比較喜歡CACAO HUSK ROSITA帶來的苦澀感。特別需要一讚是員工態度專業正面。入座後給第一次來的客人有禮地介紹,每上一杯飲品都有詳盡介紹。整體體驗十分舒服,是我會想回訪的酒吧。

點了兩杯cocktails,上面較啡那杯是CACAO HUSK ROSITA。十分新奇有趣的味道,Aftertaste正正就是吃完黑朱古力的味道,跟掛在邊上的朱古力是一模一樣aftertaste的!令我很驚喜!


下面偏橙色的是COCONUT MILK PUNCH。用了椰奶卻顏色清澈的原因是因為它經過了clarified。整杯都很重椰奶香,很易入口,應該有不少女客人喜歡。我則比較喜歡CACAO HUSK ROSITA帶來的苦澀感。


特別需要一讚是員工態度專業正面。入座後給第一次來的客人有禮地介紹,每上一杯飲品都有詳盡介紹。整體體驗十分舒服,是我會想回訪的酒吧。

- La Paloma De Oaxaca:排队认识的香港本地人点的第二杯,比较清爽。
- 排队认识的香港本地人点的第三杯,直接纯饮 Mezcal,好喝的,酒精度数 47.9 度。

服务:
服务真的很好,排队的时候会很温柔地告知你前面有几桌,需要等待多久,可以留个电话,先去附近溜达会儿。送的小吃是乐事薯片,可以免费续。收 10% 服务费。

P.S. 排队等位的时候和后面的香港本地人聊上了,他一开始还以为我是日本人(笑)。后来我俩安排在了一桌,边喝酒边聊天,最后还互相 follow 了 ig。很有意思的一次喝酒。

The tequila flavour was clean and nicely blended with other ingredients. I was surprised by the three types of salt😝 didnt pay attention to them when ordering the drinks😅 grasshopper salt and worm salt tasted interesting and even tangier than sea salt. Not so scary in powder form😂
