啤酒煮蜆👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻相比傳統的白酒煮蜆,以啤酒入饌更增添了一份苦澀味道。好酒的可能會因此而加分,但本人覺得始終都是用白酒才能帶出大蜆的鮮甜味道。不過,大蜆又大又肥又甜,非常新鮮。炸豆腐煲 👍🏻👍🏻+0.5將剛炸好的豆腐加湯呈上,配上新鮮的蔬菜,概念上的確是幾新鮮的。但炸豆腐將整碟菜式都弄得非常油膩,而且炸豆腐的外皮沾上湯汁後變成一嚿嚿的粉團,失去了鬆脆的口感。滑雞親子丼 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻烹調這個親子丼最大的困難就是如何把蛋煮得滑溜,而另一主角雞件亦不會煮得過熟而變得鞋颯颯。這個滑雞親自當絕對沒有令我失望,滑蛋跟雞件配合得天衣無縫,而且還有煮得非常入味的洋葱更是錦上添花。所以這碗滑雞親子丼絕對是這間餐廳必點之一!柚子雞湯拉麵👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻+0.5柚子同雞湯沒有一絲違和感,而且柚子更加能夠帶出雞湯濃郁的味道。喜歡柚子味的朋友應該試一試。

無論是賣相還是配搭都十分特別的飯。
一整個梳乎里的造型,裏面藏著滿滿的鰻魚飯。
吃的時候淋上熱辣辣的高湯,再拌勻鷄蛋梳乎里一起吃。
味道也比想象中要好,鰻魚很厚切,十分滿足,高湯也帶出了鮮味。

真係第一次聽第一次食!有個概念就係將鰻魚飯擺入梳乎厘裡面 ,所以外型同甜品梳乎厘無異😂😂好香啊一上枱,係岩岩新鮮焗起既梳乎厘,睇落漲卜卜,蛋香濃郁。裡面既鰻魚飯飯粒都煙韌,鰻魚味道ok,仲有會茶漬仔送下飯。而依個配搭,其實都ok,因為梳乎厘都係蛋做,食落就好似鰻魚蛋飯咁,小小蛋香梳乎厘汁配鰻魚飯🙈

舊同事相約一齊食午餐,帶咗我去咗响食街嘅呢間吧,酒吧加設午餐好似已成趨勢。酒吧外有露天座位,方便帶寵物同需要呼吸嘅客人。見店名幾特別,上網查了一下,原來係屬於一家日本啤酒品牌,唔怪之得有咁多種Tap Beer供應啦!有4款午市套餐,其實幾吸引,不過更想食鰻魚梳乎厘飯。梳乎厘飯?真係有個梳乎厘架,香噴噴要趁熱快啲食,首先要响梳乎厘開個小孔,將樽仔嘅蛋白汁倒入去,等一陣就可以搞勻嚟食,梳乎厘鬆軟空氣感十足,鰻魚酥軟甘香,撈埋飯一齊食,好味到一啖接一啖,俾我成個食曬呀。炸鹿兒島薩摩赤雞呢個炸雞好正,粉漿薄,外脆內嫩,肉質富彈性,食落肉味濃郁,好好味。食炸雞梗係要配啤酒啦,叫咗一杯Tap 2 Shiro,容易入口,果味芬香。啤酒煮蜆充滿麥香‧味道鮮甜,正呀!炸廣島蠔夠哂香脆,蠔味濃郁,唔錯。舊同事嘅吉列厚切牛脷飯,牛脷四四方方,大大舊,聽講口感好特別。下次飲嘢,又多個選擇啦。

After having dinner with friends, I went to grab a drink as it’s still quite early. I went to this Japanese craft beer bar. It’s interesting as you are able to see the special menu and the beer making process written on the blackboard. Their craft beers are quite nice. If you have time, you can choose a beer platter so that you can try several beer at the same time! 🤓

放假同友人去銅鑼灣行街街,去到Fashion Walk有點肚餓,喺附近搵咗呢間餐廳食下嘢休息陣先。嗌咗兩杯啤酒,夠冰凍,飲落好清爽,個人比較鍾意黑啤多啲。蟹籽沙律嘅蟹籽份量都幾多,食落清新爽脆味道唔錯。明太子芝士蛋卷意外地超好食!蛋卷味道啱啱好,唔會過甜。而明太子鹹味適中,入口仲有淡淡嘅芝士味,整體上配合得完美!三色便當份量比想像中多。左邊係南蠻炸雞,外層炸粉好薄。中間雞塊大大舊,炸得唔乾身幾軟滑。中間係炙燒三文魚沙律,三文魚油脂味好重,配合沙律一齊食一啲都唔覺得油膩。照燒鯖魚雖然得兩塊但好大舊,魚肉肉質嫩滑,燒得好入味好好食!
