另一個快捷嘅選擇一定係公司三文治,但係呢個公司三文治唔係用麵包包住個餡料,反而係用米紙。蛋、火腿、煙肉、蕃茄,加上車打芝士增添香氣,水牛芝士就拉絲效果,外表焗炸腐皮,自家醬汁強有日式鰻魚汁香,口感好特別。

菠蘿的海當然係菠蘿油,底層光酥餅對比平時嘅分別脆得多加上厚切菲律賓菠蘿,仲有菠蘿果醬煨煮 3 分半鐘,飽個皮雖然唔係熱辣辣,但傳統菠蘿包皮加左法國發酵牛油及風乾菠蘿片,你淨係見到嗰個複雜性你大概都估到間餐廳係幾講究。

餐廳的裝潢一點也不似茶餐廳我覺得比較像Café很有格調,室內以黑白灰色作主調但又裝上一道舊式的鐵閘還有不少當區的明信片,西式格局中暗藏舊日港式情懷挺有意思的佈局。

廚師究竟是如何將蛋治弄成像甜品般貌美!這個蛋治原來用齊了煎、焗、蒸、煮四種的烹調方法來炮製,先說用料選的是日本雞蛋中間分別夾上厚玉子燒和焗蛋白,上層淋上以65度低溫慢煮的蛋漿再配襯先蒸後焗的鹹蛋黃,這樣的烹煮方法複習得太過份了吧!

說到這麼厲害究竟味道又如何呢!首先絕對沒可能一口吃下所以要優雅地用刀叉來品嚐,甜美的玉子燒和清香的焗蛋白口感很嫩溜,多士上的鹹蛋黃和蛋漿味道甘香很可口,配上了點點青檸皮吃下口感和味道也令我很難忘,而且還十分飽肚想試的女生記得帶位*David*來一起分享喔!

然後這客脆脆公司三文治$78也不是省油燈,相信大家也吃過茶餐廳的公司三文治吧!但這份三文治用的不是傳統麵包而是用上米紙來製作,這製法的公司三文治實在太出人意表喇!

外層以香脆炸腐皮米紙包裹著蛋、火腿、煙肉、番茄等食材,還加有鹹香的車打芝士及有拉絲效果的水牛芝士,最後淋上以千島醬、南非辣醬、百里香、日式鰻魚汁所調配而成的自家醬汁,配襯香脆的麵包粒吃下帶出多重口感,愛吃香口炸物的您真是不容錯過喔。

熟悉我的朋友也知道我是個番茄迷,所以一見到這個西炒意大利飯$128已認定要吃它!原隻番茄上檯賣相很精緻,所謂的西炒飯其實是米形意粉以Risotto的烹調方法煮成,酸酸甜甜的醬汁將米意粉緊緊抱著吃下口感香滑,另以番茄作盛器放上滑蛋炒蝦仁也太可愛了吧!墊底還有些非常特別的粉末分別是餐廳特製的新鮮番茄和黑水欖粉末,能令這個西炒意大利飯的味道更上一層樓。

車爸爸則選了鐵板牛柳河粉$118,來到時看見完全不是平常的乾炒牛河模樣,用了熱騰騰的鐵板上檯然後淋上中式燒汁鑊氣十足,燒牛柳質地淋滑有肉香令車爸爸吃得讚不絕口,最頂癮的是以粉皮代替了河粉再加入蛋皮、意大利青瓜片將它們捲起來,然後連同墊底的銀芽、韭黃及洋蔥拌勻燒汁來享用真是超級惹味,比起吃真河粉的感覺健康得多呢。

最後本來不會出現的甜品也因為菠蘿而點上了!就是這個菠蘿的海$78一看賣相便知以港式菠蘿油為藍本,Coffee or Tea將它華麗變身成為一件超有特色的甜點。

底層用的是我小時候愛吃的酥脆光酥餅,夾心是以自家製菠蘿果醬煮過的厚切新鮮菠蘿,而面層則佈滿傳統菠蘿包的酥皮再襯上邪惡牛油及風乾菠蘿片,內裡更有甜蜜的菠蘿醬吃下去口感香脆鬆化之餘又多汁,這個菠蘿的海真的非常有個性兼好味道。

除了A New Chapter全新菜式外還見到生鐵煲仔飯再次出場,尤記得去年吃過幾款中西合璧超有特色的煲仔飯勁好味,可惜已沒有胃納的我倆今次未能品嚐唯有等下次再跟車爸爸去吃啦。

個人本身唔鐘意入口帶酸嘅咖啡,呢間嘅咖啡幾順口溫和,聞落去亦重咖啡豆香,讚!個甜品唔係死甜,外脆內軟,就算隔左一段時間先食都仲係脆。當然即整即食個口感係最好。環境還可以,外面嘅建築顯得呢間Cafe有啲格格不入,不過論內裡環境尚算舒服。服務態度估唔到都唔錯,唔會黑口黑面,其他客走都比足禮貌,主動問客有咩需要同觀察到客人需要咩,喺香港係少數食店先有嘅態度,不過可能2點食無乜客先有啲咁優質嘅服務,抵讚!
