幾個朋友想揾間有feel既中環bar食下野chill下, 今次等佢地帶路墨西哥脆片實在係西餐小食其中一個必點!!以小食黎計,份量多,面既忌廉酸酸地,用黎點墨西哥脆片好夾。而我最中意係中間果層芝士,味道相當濃郁,咸香再配埋忌廉,好想清哂成盤! 有脆片又點可以無薯條先XD今次個薯條較幼身,雖然平時愛好粗薯條多D,但呢個都夠粉,感覺無粗薯條咁熱氣(自我安慰中XD)但都幾快變稔!同樣地,中間既芝士醬係令我地可以勁快清哂成盤既原因!好少見薯條面係配蝦,而同原隻上,蝦肉扎實肉多。 一盤薯條已經滿足唔到我地,所以我地叫多個XD手撕雞就聽得多,手撕豬就真係少食,同樣地豬肉絲份量好多,一啖肉一啖薯條,幾有趣既配搭,個人中意呢個薯條更多~~ 好中意食雞,朋友們都好期待呢個雞膇個樣好得意,以棒棒糖咁既樣子呈上,另外仲附上兩種醬比我地點有樣有內涵既雞搥! 咬落首先食到薄薄既一層脆皮外皮,同一般平時炸皮唔同,雖然佢會薄身d,食落似平時既面包糠但細粒版,估唔到依然可以做到咁脆口既效果!雞肉肉汁豐富,size較細少所以唔算太多肉,所以我食左幾隻,嘻嘻! 食左咁多肉,如果再點burger會怕太多肉,所以揀左呢個素食burger!身為食肉獸既我第一次點無用既burger,但意外地一樣滋味.三個迷你漢堡包,入面夾着既原粒蘑菇調味唔濃但菇既鮮甜好明顯,佢既清爽令成個漢堡包變得唔heavy,原來呢個結合都唔錯,不過個人會覺得食肉既burger會扺啲XD 食過唔少龍蝦意粉,今次呢個係配料上出色,但意粉既味道都係賣點之一!龍蝦夠大隻,不過主要朋友食,朋友話食到好多肉,反而係個意粉辣度令人耳目一新,胃口大增,朋友話要encore一碟 慢煮三文魚,個樣同本身預期既有啲出入,好多汁浸住件三文魚,三文魚魚肉好稔身,比平時魚肉更加稔,有啲似食緊鯰魚柳既質感,個人覺得三文魚本身札實既口感會好D,呢個有啲過淋但佢係今餐最清淡既一道菜,如果大家唔想又係薯條牛扒咁heavy,可以試下呢個! 炸雪糕身為雪糕控既我,有雪糕既甜品就最合我意炸雪糕食過兩三次,味道唔太深刻,但今次呢個超級巨型既炸雪糕頗有睇頭。首先店員呈上左一個巨大雪糕球,再淋上酒,叫我地ready好哂相機,就點火,頓時成個雪糕球變成火球!!!場面好震撼呀呢個雪糕球既size大概係平時單球雪糕既四五倍,幾個人分享都無問題! 最特別係佢既外層原來用左海棉蛋糕代替平常既炸皮,好特別既設計!!燒香後既酒味更加突出,令整個甜品更吸引 而海棉蛋糕浸左溶左既雪糕變得稔身,所以大家要食快啲,加上被火燒既關係更快溶啊! 呢個朱古力蛋糕同樣份量好大,口感偏向紥實,同brownie質感好相近,但無佢咁硬實,多左幾分軟熟度呈上時朱古力蛋糕仲暖暖地,所以面既云尼拿雪糕好快就溶而呢到既云尼拿雪糕係自製既,所以味道好天然,云尼拿香味唔假!配埋紅莓粒為朱古力既濃添上中和既酸

黎中環食野唔飲杯酒做上半場飲品點得我飲左杯rose既cocktail,偏甜身既moscato做既cocktail基本上唔會有死。而作為送酒食物,poutine同nachos絕對係個好選擇,淋上既芝士有香味(唔係想特登寫雞有雞味,而係呢個年頭d moz cheese實在教壞人......),所以之後都再encore左份pulled pork既poutine(無影到),混上既gravy會似下面BBQ Sauce。nachos方面略嫌唔夠脆身,始終自家製咁有誠意,水準會有偏差唔意外,所以係出面我傾向想見到D字牌nachos多,起碼唔會中伏。Baby ribs以百鬆蚊既份量黎講還好啦,份量上面無得要求咁多,起碼肉質食到係接近pulled pork狀況,但肉質黎講唔多似慢煮,似係浸焗可能性比較大,而醃醬亦都偏重口,飲酒來講接受範圍。主食方面,揀無可能揀左呢隻龍蝦,其實我係揀中個蕃茄意粉而唔係隻龍蝦。不出我所望,落左微量辣去調味,成日都話蕃茄同辣係最佳拍檔,加左之後會惹味好多,尤其飲緊酒有辣味!而雞鎚雖然影落黑左d,炸落亦都稍為over左,但仍然算嫩身唔會un,底味足夠,飲酒唔覺淡口就係啦。至於甜品,女士們要求無計。美式甜品我除左覺得甜真係唔太識評論,但個cholocate依然有可可苦味,有小小感動唔係得隻甜味。

A Huge Disappointment..We only went here for dine as the atmosphere was very loud and busy on a Monday night. On a bad note the inside can be noisy and hard to carry a conversation with someone. I was disappointing the serving size was incredibly small, the Vegetables were bearly cooked and the meat was cold.When we went in the service started out okay but as the night went on we felt more and more neglected. The waitress that served us was quite rude and didn't seem like she wanted to serve us let alone be at work. Def never returning here.

一開始book左6位,但一入到去又無人招呼, 等左一陣佢帶左我地去室外地方坐,熱到死^_^但係得到既回覆只係:無辦法,入面有位客book左40位.午餐係semi buffet($150), 但係選擇唔多,而且比人攞晒想飲湯,但係一係無湯,一係無碗..............................d main course加$40一客,味道正正常常,所以無影相. 最好食係d水果,可能因為水果最解暑啦,但係無冷氣食住好無feel.飲品方面,只得檸檬水同檸檬茶,沒有咖啡.........選擇極少.

Friday night 在中環遊走,Wine + Food 是常識吧!今次就選左Common Room "嘈"一晚。之前係網上見到佢地有個 wine pair with oyster promotion, 有4款做法既cooked oyster 選擇,可以選white wine or sprinkling wine, by glass or by bottle. 今晚一行五人,所以就order左smoked and baked oyster 各一份加一支sprinkling wine 當做Happy Hour chit chat food. 個人比較喜歡smoked 做法,因浸泡蠔既olive oil很清新,蠔帶有煙燻香及仍可保留到它的礦物味。食完oysters, 再來一系列前菜及主菜,包括:chicken wing一面是略煎的金黄色一面是水煮色,肉質是霉霉的,係一間bar and restaurant 找到咁既質素 crispy chicken wings實在奇怪!!除左chicken wings 這款小食真真須要改善外,我相信本土server的服務態度亦有大大進步空間。其實餐廳內的幾位亞裔servers都很友善,與客人溝通時,面上都帶著笑容。反過來這位"香港仔"從頭到尾都黑著不太好看的臉,無論是詢問時或來換碟時,都給我們一個"sick of serving customers"姿態。Friday night如果無咁多客人比你服務,相信亦不須要咁多servers 存在。客人不是永遠是對的,但做得服務性行業,基本禮貌也是常識吧!
