Friday night 在中環遊走,Wine + Food 是常識吧!今次就選左Common Room "嘈"一晚。之前係網上見到佢地有個 wine pair with oyster promotion, 有4款做法既cooked oyster 選擇,可以選white wine or sprinkling wine, by glass or by bottle. 今晚一行五人,所以就order左smoked and baked oyster 各一份加一支sprinkling wine 當做Happy Hour chit chat food. 個人比較喜歡smoked 做法,因浸泡蠔既olive oil很清新,蠔帶有煙燻香及仍可保留到它的礦物味。食完oysters, 再來一系列前菜及主菜,包括:chicken wing一面是略煎的金黄色一面是水煮色,肉質是霉霉的,係一間bar and restaurant 找到咁既質素 crispy chicken wings實在奇怪!!除左chicken wings 這款小食真真須要改善外,我相信本土server的服務態度亦有大大進步空間。其實餐廳內

chicken wing一面是略煎的金黄色一面是水煮色,肉質是霉霉的,係一間bar and restaurant 找到咁既質素 crispy chicken wings實在奇怪!!
除左chicken wings 這款小食真真須要改善外,我相信本土server的服務態度亦有大大進步空間。其實餐廳內的幾位亞裔servers都很友善,與客人溝通時,面上都帶著笑容。反過來這位"香港仔"從頭到尾都黑著不太好看的臉,無論是詢問時或來換碟時,都給我們一個"sick of serving customers"姿態。
Friday night如果無咁多客人比你服務,相信亦不須要咁多servers 存在。客人不是永遠是對的,但做得服務性行業,基本禮貌也是常識吧!
