有樣有內涵既雞搥! 咬落首先食到薄薄既一層脆皮外皮,同一般平時炸皮唔同,雖然佢會薄身d,食落似平時既面包糠但細粒版,估唔到依然可以做到咁脆口既效果!雞肉肉汁豐富,size較細少所以唔算太多肉,所以我食左幾隻,嘻嘻!

食左咁多肉,如果再點burger會怕太多肉,所以揀左呢個素食burger!身為食肉獸既我第一次點無用既burger,但意外地一樣滋味.
三個迷你漢堡包,入面夾着既原粒蘑菇調味唔濃但菇既鮮甜好明顯,佢既清爽令成個漢堡包變得唔heavy,原來呢個結合都唔錯,
不過個人會覺得食肉既burger會扺啲XD

慢煮三文魚,個樣同本身預期既有啲出入,
好多汁浸住件三文魚,三文魚魚肉好稔身,比平時魚肉更加稔,有啲似食緊鯰魚柳既質感,個人覺得三文魚本身札實既口感會好D,呢個有啲過淋
但佢係今餐最清淡既一道菜,如果大家唔想又係薯條牛扒咁heavy,可以試下呢個!

炸雪糕
身為雪糕控既我,有雪糕既甜品就最合我意
炸雪糕食過兩三次,味道唔太深刻,但今次呢個超級巨型既炸雪糕頗有睇頭。

首先店員呈上左一個巨大雪糕球,再淋上酒,叫我地ready好哂相機,就點火,頓時成個雪糕球變成火球!!!場面好震撼呀
呢個雪糕球既size大概係平時單球雪糕既四五倍,幾個人分享都無問題! 最特別係佢既外層原來用左海棉蛋糕代替平常既炸皮,好特別既設計!!

燒香後既酒味更加突出,令整個甜品更吸引 
而海棉蛋糕浸左溶左既雪糕變得稔身,所以大家要食快啲,加上被火燒既關係更快溶啊!
 
呢個朱古力蛋糕同樣份量好大,口感偏向紥實,同brownie質感好相近,但無佢咁硬實,多左幾分軟熟度

呈上時朱古力蛋糕仲暖暖地,所以面既云尼拿雪糕好快就溶
而呢到既云尼拿雪糕係自製既,所以味道好天然,云尼拿香味唔假!

配埋紅莓粒為朱古力既濃添上中和既酸

A Huge Disappointment..We only went here for dine as the atmosphere was very loud and busy on a Monday night. On a bad note the inside can be noisy and hard to carry a conversation with someone. I was disappointing the serving size was incredibly small, the Vegetables were bearly cooked and the meat was cold.When we went in the service started out okay but as the night went on we felt more and more neglected. The waitress that served us was quite rude and didn't seem like she wanted to serve us

chicken wing一面是略煎的金黄色一面是水煮色,肉質是霉霉的,係一間bar and restaurant 找到咁既質素 crispy chicken wings實在奇怪!!

除左chicken wings 這款小食真真須要改善外,我相信本土server的服務態度亦有大大進步空間。其實餐廳內的幾位亞裔servers都很友善,與客人溝通時,面上都帶著笑容。反過來這位"香港仔"從頭到尾都黑著不太好看的臉,無論是詢問時或來換碟時,都給我們一個"sick of serving customers"姿態。

Friday night如果無咁多客人比你服務,相信亦不須要咁多servers 存在。客人不是永遠是對的,但做得服務性行業,基本禮貌也是常識吧!

吃過2道主食後, 還是有點不滿足的感覺, 問過2位朋友均愛吃羊, 便點一份羊肉丸嚐嚐. 
羊的肉質頗嫩而只有些許羊騷味, 是大部份人都接受的了的羊騷味. 上面是忌廉般幼滑的薄荷醬汁, 既不妨礙羊鮮味又更加提升, 只可惜是份量有點少, 每人只能分到1粒.

吃至尾段, 不禁想再來一杯cocktail, 這次點的是較為classic的一款old fashioned, 這款cocktail是100年前已有的了.
做法是比較簡單的, 於方糖滴上苦精數滴, 然後加上基酒裸麥威士忌拌勻便成. 
這杯酒調出來的味道較為濃烈, 苦精的苦及方糖的甜為威士忌帶來較豐富的層次. 酒精度數也較高, 正適合飯後喝而較不易醉倒. 

翻食指數: 80分.  
調酒的水準不錯, 環境舒適, 地點在蘭桂坊附近也算頗為便利.

粉紅色的酒液,用了蘋果白蘭地(Calvados),君度甜橙酒,薰衣草,柚子肉去混和;鮮藍莓放在杯面上,白糖圍繞著雞尾酒杯口,單看顏色及造型已甚美觀;而喝起來,多種果味與香味在不刺喉的酒精作用下,有著多種層次,加上甜度適中,入口冰涼回味卻透著熱暖,令人很易就愛上了此味道!

不得不讚的是,蟹箝部份已剝了殼,不用客人親自去動手,細心之處可見一斑;肉質爽彈,有淡然的鮮甜味;意粉的醬汁收得頗乾身,其質感也做得不俗,煙韌與彈滑之間取得平衡,吸引了醬汁中的香草味,與龍蝦肉成了妙配!再喝上最後幾口的Sidecar,蘋果白蘭地的香味突出了意粉醬汁的調味,顯得更有層次!

三人在此時酒也喝得差不多,是時候來第二同了;著侍應生拿來酒單牌,再研究了一番後,各人都點了不同的酒,而我點的是Rose In Bloom;

這杯酒顏色也是誘人的又帶點混濁的粉紅色,而一入囗就即時有涼爽的感覺;輕盈的Rose玫瑰酒體骨架,夾雜了大量的莓果氣息,一口喝下去,很易聯想到夏天時在沙灘椅上享受那懶洋洋的感覺!

既然有了美酒,自然要再添食物了;因我點的酒有薄荷成份在內,就想來一份Lamb Meatball;而美女就想點一份蔬菜類的Grilled Asparagus作收結,各人都同意了就落單;

總結此餐,在中環區內一間有情調有格調的酒吧餐廳,以一個合理的價錢享受了美酒佳餚,也是令人頗為滿意的!

之前請外國朋友吃飯訂了台,還花很多時間把訊息轉成英文發給對方。隔天朋友先到服務員卻說沒有記錄,後來我到了問也是一樣。失禮朋友非常嚴重,更不用提浪費時間心力,而且態度不好。以後不會再去。
