早排去左北區過周末,幾個月無黎總有新目光吸引眼球就好似馬會道的好煮意,由小鋪搬大鋪,去到時連八達通機都未安裝好,不過無影響黎食好西的客人,即使到late tea time 仍然客似雲來。-特別係佢地嘅招牌藥膳醉雞湯米線,成碗湯米線雞件分量多 仲有大量配菜食得出湯底醉雞湯雞味十足,雞件大隻又嫰滑,當然仲有啖啖 藥膳湯味, 大大粒紅棗就喺眼前趁住由夏入秋的節氣, 的確要適時進補。除咗 雞件米線仲有其他配菜可以加添魚肉春捲彈牙有魚肉香鴨血夠嫩滑-仲有手工韭菜豬肉餃,咬落啖啖 豬肉同韭菜嘅香味最後叫多杯柑桔蜜,濃郁得黎超滿足。

上次去過買外賣,體驗不好,唯有比藉口話佢可能較擅長藥膳雞,而車仔麵不是他們強項...原址改了名以為執左笠,點知行過條街見到同一個名,原來細舖搬大舖,再試下係咪堅中伏。新舖好闊落,比舊舖好好多,QR自己手機落單,叫左藥膳雞河粉,十分鐘後上枱,味道還可以,有酒香,55蚊算正常啦。間野人手明顯唔夠,水吧收錢招呼都係同一個阿姐,出餐都係比較慢,旺場就危矣,整體合格,但又不致去到必食咁誇囉。

牆上有三塊橢圓鏡子🪞鏡邊透光營造出歐式簡約氛圍,整間餐廳裝潢格局偏向如咖啡店的舒適,沒半點壓迫感。鏡子旁邊還有黑色吊燈點綴,可見設計盡顯心思。

從坐位看出門外,自然光透入落地玻璃的瞬間亦不覺刺目。店舖沒有像其他店一樣使用封閉式設計,反而與戶外日光的色調達至融合效果,難怪在此進食得如斯悠哉悠哉~

餐廳免加一服務費。店員態度良好,下單前先介紹店舖的招牌菜。這裡還會預先查詢客人有沒有對酒精過敏,若有則介紹其他菜式。

/ 價錢 Price /
藥膳醉雞招牌湯麵的價格比同區餐廳昂貴,而且沒有包飲品,梳打單點價錢則正常。酸辣湯麵的形式跟車仔麵無異,跟餸加錢,價錢相對合理。

之前疫情食依間好煮意時多數外賣🥡見啱啱舖新裝修內裏光猛,餐桌距離好闊落,一於坐低慢慢嘆💕🐔招牌醉雞藥膳湯麵( 轉雞髀)最鍾意食佢地嘅招牌藥膳雞湯米,木耳紅棗足料之餘,湯底好入味淡淡酒香又唔會太濃,轉咗雞髀肉,肉質非常滑,配埋辣豉油先係重點,好味😍🍜新加坡喇沙湯麵另加餸有鹵水豬大腸, 牛腩豆卜,蘿蔔喇沙湯底有少少微辣,鹵水豬大腸炆得好淋冇肥肉,牛腩好入味大概有四至五塊份量十足鍾意食辣既我又點會錯過自家制既辣椒醬🌶️蒜蓉粒加辣椒調味醬,好味跟餐每杯飲品+10🥤凍百香果茶🥤凍柚子蜜🌟除咗中午點粉麵餐夜晚仲可以打邊爐🌟新裝修坐得好舒服🌟全自助手機點餐非常方便

🐔招牌醉雞藥膳湯麵( 轉雞髀)

大熱天時口淡淡 諗住去食一碗粉 冇以前咁好食係真 但係都叫不過不失啦 但等候時間較長 勝在配料種類繁多但同鳳鳴居已經冇得比 舊舖嗰陣時個湯真係好食啲唔知係咪搬咗新舖換咗新人嘅問題樓面都唔係好熟手 出餐有啲混亂

搬鋪前 經常吃 酒味濃是優點搬鋪後真的超級差勁落單40分鐘 然後才跟你說麵賣完了 轉別的吧但新坐下的3分鐘已經煮好了廚房亂得發抖….真的不會再來了鳳嗚居完全比下去了然後搬鋪前 雞沒有乾乾的感覺現在感覺是打邊鑪 雞煮了4小時 沒水份的感覺木耳 以前應該有下湯煮一煮 吸味道現在明顯是廚房散時間 滾水煮熟 掉面 完全沒吸味道唯一能讚的就是拼盤很入味 豬粉腸 牛肚等等都超級入味但想一想你們是 醉雞湯成名的連雞湯酒醉味也減輕了 怎麼攪太差了

現在感覺是打邊鑪 雞煮了4小時 沒水份的感覺

現在明顯是廚房散時間 滾水煮熟 掉面 完全沒吸味道

唯一能讚的就是拼盤很入味 豬粉腸 牛肚等等都超級入味
但想一想你們是 醉雞湯成名的
連雞湯酒醉味也減輕了 怎麼攪
太差了

未試過食雞煲湯底同雞分開叫,我當有人唔想食雞只食湯底,咁我就叫醉雞湯底,之後叫份大雞,黎到得半隻雞,兩舊幾水食醉雞但得半隻,大佬唔駛食水咁深,個湯底無酒味,咁再叫碟大手切肥牛,得大十塊左右,收268蚊,仲要賣相差到,兩樣嘢加埋成6舊水,唔係比唔起錢,係完全唔值,因為諗住普通打邊爐都唔會影相,呢間嘢貼錢比我都唔會再食,食完仲要過隔離買外賣返屋企食。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。😤😤😤😤😤😠😠😠😠😠

講埋佢另外配嘅辣豉油,色水正常,但係我成舊木耳成舊雞浸晒落去,都冇咩鹹味,好淡⋯⋯

瑞士雞翼
$19四隻比坊間都算平,顏色都靚靚仔仔咁,但一食落就知,真係得個顏色,入面完全唔夠味,熱食嘅瑞士雞翼上菜嘅時候係凍嘅,至少肉質唔係霉爛,呢個價錢都唔可以要求咁多。
氣氛方面間鋪好靜,地方都乾淨企理,Keep住都係得客人把聲同埋嗰兩個侍應用普通話夾雜着廣東話交流,有樓梯上樓上不過冇上去,裝修都算正常,聽講之前有人話食個麵都要加一,不過今次去就冇呢個情況,如果係純粹試伏心態或者轉新舖位支持下咁食,試一次就可以,不過要我再回頭嘅話就唔會,上水雖然係冇咩食,但可以有更好嘅選擇,換新舖位雖然係值得高興,但水準需要有所提高,出品方面都要好好留意,唔係嘅話新客留唔到,舊客又走埋,名利雙失。
