希慎廣場 B2 早陣子裝修完都未有時間去。今日喺附近做嘢就約咗個朋友去睇下。雖然佢似係一個 food court 形式嘅樓層,但餐廳嘅選擇一啲都唔 hea,好似今日約朋友去呢間 Cooley Oysters ® The Fine Restaurant 咁。除咗有自己獨立嘅 area 外,仲有 bar 枱可以睇住啲廚預備食物。我哋叫咗2個意粉同 4 隻生蠔. 意粉可以 +$18 揀特式飲品. +$78 加蠔或者香煎大蝦沙律同埋湯及甜品. 🦪Cooley Oysters 係養殖嘅生蠔,所以以養殖時間長短嚟分類。我哋叫咗- Cooley Gold® 36 months $48/隻- Cooley Gold® 54 months $68/隻雖然只係養多18個月,但 size 嚟講, 54 months 嘅Cooley Gold®就相對大隻好多。2款生蠔都唔係好肥大超級 creamy 嘅類型,而係入口清新又滿滿嘅海水味同蠔嘅鮮味嘅種類。唔好以為養蠔就會比下去,呢 2 款蠔都好!鮮!味!🍝香煎帶子配三文魚籽及海膽醬意大利粉 $128- 帶子比輕輕煎香,而三文魚籽滿滿,淡淡嘅海膽味同velouté好夾,慢慢喺個意粉醬滲出嚟,適合鍾意食濃濃velouté sauce 嘅朋友🦞加拿大龍蝦意式扁意粉 $168- 加拿大龍蝦意式扁意粉係呢度嘅招牌菜,sauce 都係比較 creamy 同rich 值得一提係佢個龍蝦鉗係已經拆咗個殼,超細心! 可以大啖肉咁放入口,正吖!香煎大蝦沙律份量適中嘅沙律有車厘茄,配埋微酸嘅沙律 sauce 同煎香咗嘅大蝦,令到味道好 rich,絕對有質數!湯是日精選係粟米南瓜湯,好 creamy 打得好滑嘅南瓜湯加咗粟米為呢個湯增加咗口感同層次。🥧甜品- 輕輕嘅朱古力芝士蛋糕甜度適中,食完意粉都唔會覺得佢膩。🥤飲品- 我哋點咗熱情果烏龍茶同四季檸檬茶,雖然飲品本身已經預制無得揀甜度,但原來飲品本身一啲都唔會太甜,反而係走清新風嘅微糖飲品。最後想講嘅係佢哋嘅侍應好細心,特別係果位唔識中文嘅男侍應,佢會主動問我哋食物 o 唔 ok,要唔要換碟,服務係超好。以呢個價錢,意粉份量㥤,食物質素同服務都係超抵! continue reading

Cooley Oysters The Fine Restaurant喺希慎廣場新開嘅地庫,朋友介紹話啲生蠔好正,今日就過嚟試下。午餐仲做緊優惠添首先當然係試生蠔,我哋點咗兩款:愛爾蘭深海區域養殖 40月中size $58隻,同 澳洲Coffin Bay $68隻。愛爾蘭生蠔蠔肉飽滿,入口鮮甜帶有少少鹹味,蠔肉滑嫩,唔需要加太多調味已經好夠味。至於Coffin Bay 嘅生蠔,肉質厚實,味道偏甜,海水味冇咁重,但鮮味依然十足,兩款都非常新鮮,配咗少少檸檬汁同自家cocktail sauce ,味道更清新。龍蝦扁意粉 $168意粉煮得剛剛好,既有彈性又唔黏。龍蝦肉鮮嫩,搭配上特製龍蝦醬汁,意粉好掛汁,真係每一口都好滿足。帶子三文魚籽意粉 $128,升級咗套餐,+$78帶子煎得焦香但內裡保持住嫩滑,鮮味十足,再配埋三文魚籽,每一啖都可以感受到三文魚籽嘅爆炸口感,鹹香同意粉嘅奶油味完美結合,味道層次非常豐富。升級套餐仲有香煎大蝦沙律,大蝦煎得外脆內嫩,蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,配埋火箭菜嘅微苦,味道平衡得好好,食落去清爽又開胃。南瓜忌廉湯濃郁,南瓜甜味自然,忌廉令湯嘅口感更加順滑,飲完一啖好暖胃。甜品係 布甸質感軟滑,甜度適中,布甸嘅香味濃郁但唔會過膩,仲有焦糖香蕉,士多啤梨,藍莓🫐,感覺好滿足。蘋果汁 $18@ continue reading

臨近新年,又係時候去銅鑼灣shopping一番😆買完野喺希慎廣場搵野食,蠔癮起就搵左間蠔吧試下~我地叫左兩款愛爾蘭生蠔🦪54個月同36個月嘅~前者大隻啲,口感豐富,亦適合鍾意清淡口味嘅人~後者Creamy啲,甜甜地~兩款唔同特式😋再叫左香煎鴨肝配自家製士多啤梨草莓醬,平時自己食開鵝肝多數配青蘋果,今次配另一種甜味嘅草莓醬🍓,同樣中和到鴨肝嘅濃膩之餘,士多啤梨嘅果香都幾夾喎😍主食叫左加拿大龍蝦🦞意式扁意粉,大大隻龍蝦擺面好吸晴,龍蝦肉鮮甜配彈牙嘅扁意粉,食到好滿足😋最後叫左香煎紐西蘭頂級肉眼牛扒,我地鍾意食生少少,叫左Medium rare,口感柔軟,肉汁豐富,生熟程度亦啱啱好🤤呢間環境都幾好,唔會太嘈,我地坐Bar枱幾舒服,都幾有feel☺️ continue reading

今天來到港島區銅鑼灣希慎廣場B2這間餐廳,位置設於B2公開區域所以很容易就找到,日立不算很多所以排隊都不用等很久很方便,座位很寬敞很舒服,擺設以及擺位亦都很高級很賞心悅目,頭盤內的兩款生蠔都非常好味,看著師傅即時開好很治癒 ,做了兩款主菜香煎頂級肉眼牛扒配芬芳米麝香醬汁和招牌戰斧烤豬佐意式蕃茄莎莎醬都非常好味火喉剛剛好,配上紅酒Aresti Estate Selection簡直一絕!下次都會再來亦都非常建議大家來試下。 continue reading

之前同朋友去過希慎廣場上面食飯,朋友介紹地下的美食廣場B2有間食蠔唔錯,唔講我都唔知原來底下有美食廣場😂原來生蠔除咗雄性和雌性之外,另外仲有分養殖期,有分36、45、54、60 個月養殖。月份耐啲會大隻啲同飽滿啲,口感都會有唔同。我哋揀咗36mths,食落去比較creamy,有啲海水味,我覺得幾特別54mths,呢款比較大隻,咬落去比較清新帶點甜可以唧檸檬汁更帶出鮮味,又或者點茄汁食店員推介了佢哋嘅招牌菜, 烤香草三皇雞(半隻)伴牛油新薯牛肝菌汁,外皮烤到好脆,雞肉烤到好香之餘仲好嫩滑多汁。配埋個牛肝菌汁,超香。焗新薯口感爽脆啲,吸晒牛油同埋牛肝菌汁嘅鮮味。香煎挪威三文魚伴香滑薯泥檸檬牛油汁:個薯泥檸檬牛油汁酸酸哋,配海鮮啱晒。三文魚煎到皮脆肉嫩,一啲都唔鞋。仲有啲配菜蘆筍及甘筍,都係咁嫩。巨峰提子梳打:好香巨峰提子味 continue reading
