三黃雞係用烤嘅方式處理,原本以為肉質乾,點知切開睇同食落都係嫩嘅,唔乾唔硬身,好食😋不過配嘅汁醬少,叫廚房俾多啲汁醬就最好(本人鍾意多汁醬配黎食😬)

雖然係坐counter top位,服務員都主動添水,食物到時有提點,唔錯👍🏻

This restaurant serves western cuisine and they are actually the supplier of oysters from Ireland. They have different kinds of fresh oysters and the price is very reasonable. Many promotions recently to come with the set menu. If you order the main course with a set ie including appetizer or soup, you can enjoy 2 oysters at HK$10 each. From the appetizer, you can also order oyster too but of course there are many other choices like soup or foie gras etc…. Main course has many varieties from pasta, ribeye steak, pork tomahawk, salmon, chicken etc…. Oh there is extra 10% exclusive discount for dining at the bar area too. And… no service charge is added. There is another promotion on oysters. If you order a glass of wine, you can enjoy 40% off for any 3 oysters on the menu. Wow, it’s a very good deal. The venue there is like a food court and you can sit in the side table instead. So, you can drink or eat with other food or drink you bring together but no plates nor glass are provided. Same for restroom, you have to use the one in the mall. If you drive, there is parking lot in the mall. It is also convenient to take public transportation there like bus, tram, minibus, MTR. Just get off at Causeway Bay MTR station and take exit F2. There is lift going to different floors including basement, so wheelchair has no problem. About the food quality, the oysters are very fresh and you can taste the sea water cos it’s very salty! The texture is not too soft which is good. The steak I ordered is a bit overdone and it’s not tender enough. The sauce & flavor is good. The waiters are very friendly and we have some conversations too. Sitting in the bar area is very comfortable and it’s good with 1 or 2 friends going there to enjoy & chitchat for some time.

希慎地下商場揾食主打輕奢的格調,今日紀念日的安排從上個月搭電梯揾食就已經想食呢間。電梯都有廣告,擺正中間的生蠔,所以朋友介紹下帶了honey黎食。主菜餐牌不同選擇,而我第一眼要牛扒,女友要了三文魚再另加set,試了鴨肝。原來鴨肝也別具一格。香煎鴨肝配士多啤梨草莓醬鴨肝與鵝肝的區別,鴨肝稍微濃郁一啲,無鵝肝入口即化的口號。但今次的前菜價格鴨肝別緻無咩顆粒咁,肥美,脂肪層次明顯。生蠔因為有優惠叫搭,1+2一共3隻生蠔再加杯酒。因為不想飲酒,最後單點法國及日本各2個,稍微白的大隻是日本蠔,日本蠔對比法國生蠔,法國會因為海洋的問題有海水味道。而日本生蠔可能食慣陣口感,🤣非濃烈海鮮味。冷盤的一向的经典吃法,擺盤會有搭配的柠檬汁、红酒醋酱汁,通常我都會帶一點點醬汁在生蠔上面,一口吃掉。😀香煎頂級肉眼牛排配薯角伴紅酒牛仔汁一向西餐有扒的情況下都會首選肉眼扒,尤其是用香煎,油脂容易融化,爆汁口感。 -而且比西冷柔嫩,适合大眾口感。最鐘意伴碟系有一大舊烤蒜,真系搭配牛肉一起食,香味更濃呢。另一半選擇了主菜系三文魚,香煎挪威三文魚薯泥檸檬牛油汁擺盤就比較簡單,薯泥不會太濃稠,搭配三文魚不會太濃。我試了呢

一向西餐有扒的情況下都會首選肉眼扒,尤其是用香煎,油脂容易融化,爆汁口感。
-而且比西冷柔嫩,适合大眾口感。
最鐘意伴碟系有一大舊烤蒜,真系搭配牛肉一起食,香味更濃呢。

另一半選擇了主菜系三文魚,香煎挪威三文魚薯泥檸檬牛油汁
擺盤就比較簡單,薯泥不會太濃稠,搭配三文魚不會太濃。我試了呢份,都系重口味的牛適合我。
