首先要講服務方面:
服務超班!
因應食客需要而作出相關安排!
由於,我在 Openrice app booking 時,已註明對牛肉會引起皮膚敏感!
由我們被安排入座到埋單走,也感受到顧客至上!

入座時,戴眼鏡的靚女侍應為我拉開椅子,我們安坐後,她隨即跟我講,留意到我訂枱時,已註明對牛肉會引起皮膚敏感,向我們推介有什麼菜式沒有牛肉,她問清楚廚師後提醒我,某些菜式的醬汁也加入牛肉熬製!

如果選擇某些菜式也會跟牛肉,用上同個煎 pan 烹調,要求廚師以獨立的廚具烹調,這樣不會影響!做得非常好!

此外!當我們走出去自助取食物區,她好似眾裡尋她找我,並提醒我有什麼食物含有牛肉,提醒我不要拿!

當晚是平日,相對少食客!

我碟黑毛豬好似藝術品般精緻漂亮,卻是很扁平!
 他的燒春雞立體感十足!


燒原隻春雞配百里香燒汁 
所以,他跟我分享他的雞肉,問我要什麼部份?我就要肉質較粗嚡又不會太油膩的雞胸肉,啖啖肉之餘,香口又帶有肉汁,肯定他食得津津有味嘞!
 就算分了約三份之一給我,他也覺得好飽呀!

反而,正好填補我份量較少的主菜吧!

當然唔少得如心酒店最出名嘅蝴蝶酥😆 !

在klook買$303一位,上網見餐牌主食都不錯。到了當日,主餐牌選擇少了6個,有點失望。我本想叫羊架,鯛魚,都是没有。最後叫了普通不過的三文魚同雞卷,三文魚都幾好味,雞卷就好漏。自助餐食物真是好一般,三文魚,凍蝦,青口硯都有,仲有包,pizza那些飽肚野。選擇真是不多。我覺得衛生都麻麻,廁所清潔又一般,廚房開晒門。
