來親寶勒巷都會去cosmos restaurant and bar. 之前去過幾次覺得野食好味,地方乾淨,又可以看電視。今次咁岩朋友住尖沙嘴,特別帶佢來cosmos食下午茶,我們點了一份炸魚薯條作小食,兩個主餐分別有香煎鵝肝拼牛柳同香煎銀鱈魚拼蝦球。炸魚薯條係有5塊大大塊的炸魚,秘製沙拉醬同薯條,全部新鮮出爐,剛剛炸出來,食落仲熱辣辣的。要特別講下主食,兩分主食都做得好出色,首先講下個銀鱈魚,賣相好吸引,有蝦球🦐,薯蓉,蕃茄🍅,同銀鱈魚,擺設得就像一幅中國山水畫一樣。而食落去,味道也是有番咁上下水準,稱得上高級西餐廳的水準。第二就係鵝肝拼牛柳,鵝肝擺在牛柳之上,加上蕃茄🍅翠肉瓜,擺設上也是花過心思的,香煎鵝肝的味道實在太正了,配搭半生熟的牛柳,煎的剛剛好。食甘有水準的西餐,當然要配翻特色飲品,夜晚的話會配紅酒,但下午茶我會選擇這裡的特色mocktail. 點了杯kiwi sparkling 同summer fruit tea。兩杯賣相各有特色,一杯綠綠地帶有kiwi氣息,酸酸甜甜的汽水好好喝,另一杯混著紫黃漸變色,大杯又好看,喝起來也是酸酸甜甜芒果,蜜桃,橙味居多。吃完主食,還可以慢慢

今次咁岩朋友住尖沙嘴,特別帶佢來cosmos食下午茶,我們點了一份炸魚薯條作小食,兩個主餐分別有香煎鵝肝拼牛柳同香煎銀鱈魚拼蝦球。
炸魚薯條係有5塊大大塊的炸魚,秘製沙拉醬同薯條,全部新鮮出爐,剛剛炸出來,食落仲熱辣辣的。

好耐都未試過午餐可以食到鵝肝,但我發現在尖沙咀寶勒巷的這一間餐廳,可以用一個不貴的價錢,食到牛柳和鵝肝。我們一行兩個人,去食這一間餐廳的午餐,餐廳的午餐非常超值,我們叫了一碟番茄長通粉。餐湯是雜菜湯,味道濃郁。之後是蕃茄長通粉,大大碟。接下來的是這一餐飯的主菜,鵝肝配牛柳。特別想提這裏的鵝肝,面頭是甜甜的醬汁,鵝肝煎得香脆,放在口內立即溶化。牛柳亦都煎得非常有技巧,唔會俾人一種煎得好熟的感覺,可見這裏的大廚非常有技巧。特別想提一提這裏的蔬菜伴碟,廚師也並沒有遺忘這一個細節,在蔬菜上,廚師除了煎得香口外,還灑上七味粉,把伴碟也成為了一道可以食的菜式。最後,這一餐飯以咖啡終結,咖啡多奶或少奶,都由自己抉擇。

牛柳亦都煎得非常有技巧,唔會俾人一種煎得好熟的感覺,可見這裏的大廚非常有技巧。



特別想提一提這裏的蔬菜伴碟,廚師也並沒有遺忘這一個細節,在蔬菜上,廚師除了煎得香口外,還灑上七味粉,把伴碟也成為了一道可以食的菜式。

今次喺公司附近搵下野食,見到呢間都幾多人食又坐得好似幾舒服就同朋友入去試下呢間餐廳。Lunch set都有幾多選擇,都係包餐湯同飲品。西蘭花忌廉湯 (餐湯)飲落個感覺幾健康,忌廉味冇咁濃感覺少負擔啲。再配上一件法式麵包。香煎黃金海鱸魚柳 配飯 $98兩大件魚柳都煎得幾金黃,煎得都幾香,配上飯速食都不錯。香煎龍蝦🦞意粉 (半隻) $198上菜時已經好香,意粉熟度岩岩好,補留到意粉嘅彈牙度。食落啖啖意粉都有龍蝦膏嘅味道,食落都幾香濃,如果龍蝦再新鮮啲就仲好啦!蟹肉餅 $98呢個都幾好食,咬落去真係啖啖蟹肉嫁,但個份量就細左少少得三件,但味道係幾好😋

表皮烤得好脆,有少少覺得overcooked,因為好韌😂

其實之前都來過食野, 不過個時就唔得閒,冇寫食評。 今日係TST行街,又想食西餐就諗起呢間餐廳。因為之前食既時候,老闆送多碗餐湯,覺得好窩心。一坐低,每應就拎支酒精搓手液比我地洗手,非常體貼及衛生。其他餐廳都應該提供一下。店內是看NOW 台 感覺不錯lunch set都好似幾抵食 最平50幾有交易我最後叫左個main course +$58跟set上, 友人就叫左個lunch set, 另外再叫左個沙律。餐湯係溫度很好 夠熱 包都很脆黑松露薯仔沙律 - 黑松露的味道不會太重,搶走薯仔的味道, 做得不錯。鵝肝配牛柳 - 好少有餐廳賣鵝肝, 所以就叫左, 份量比預期大, 鵝肝非常香, 入口即溶, 我會比滿分。牛柳也不錯, 不會似某些餐廳, 煮得太熟, HK食牛柳中過太多次伏, 所以COSMOS絕對係做得不錯。Lunch Set 牛排配意粉 - 牛排有汁肉  不過太乾太生 加埋D汁好好食意炒係有牛油味好惹味飲品正正常常,不過不失COSMOS絕對值得大家支持!!
