2018年最後一個晚餐~因爲想吃西餐但又想找個CP值夠的餐廳,就找到這間了!本身訂了7點,但我們6:30就到了,這時我們是第3枱客,然後陸續看到很多客人入座,大概7點多已滿座了,所以如果想吃這間的話,要不就早點來,要不就訂座~而這裡有限時 1.5小時要交枱喔~跟餐有湯和沙律龍蝦湯和蘑菇湯跟餐升級cocktail ~炸魷魚圈還好啦計算錯誤,點錯了沙律,結果今晚吃了很多菜牛扒還不錯的,就是份量有點少... 不夠一個男生的胃口呀我自己蠻喜歡這個意粉,軟硬度適中!因為不夠飽,所以男友又點了一個漢堡... 吃完這個剛好1.5小時整體感覺還不錯

荃灣多嘢食就係人都知,今次收工搭西鐵入到嚟,近近哋喺荃灣廣場呢面搵嘢食。見到有間門面幾正嘅西餐就入咗去試吓。因為都仲係七點鐘,所以餐廳唔太多人。入面分咗兩層,下層有Bar檯,因為想座得舒服D,所以店員安排咗我哋座上層。環境都幾闊落幾舒服~落咗單無耐已經有嘢食!!原來係附送嘅生蠔,雖然係送嘅,但食落堅有蠔味!然後就到前菜:香煎北海道帶子配黑松露忌廉沙律。帶子煎到好香口,黑松露忌廉汁食落幾特別,撈埋沙律菜食好正!!然後就係黑松露法式薯條。望落只係薯條加茄汁但原來我錯了..上菜時已經聞到好香黑松露味~食落仲脆卜卜!!主菜就係新鮮嘅龍蝦西班牙海鮮燴飯,雖然餐牌寫咗會辣,不過對於我呢個嚐辣一族,就覺得一般辣,龍蝦食到係鮮嘅~個汁好濃海鮮味,令成個飯加分不少。多個主菜叫香煎挪威三文魚配粟米蟹肉餅、同有機粟米Puree~初頭仲怕粟米汁唔夾,但原來食落都幾好食。三文魚皮仲煎到脆卜卜。最後嘅甜品叫咗個Apple Crumble,焗嘢係要等耐少少,不過都值的~面頭脆卜卜,一粒一粒蘋果唔會太過甜。Overall Cossi 都幾啱我口味,環境幾有情調,我鐘意!

聖誕假期,和男朋友決定到南豐紗廠逛逛,午餐亦打算在附近解決。事前沒有搜尋過附近有什麼好餐廳,隨意走了一兩條街,便看見這間COSSI,大大個招牌十分吸睛,Menu也感覺對口味,就它吧!餐廳分為上下兩層,單層面層不大,裝潢以溫暖的木系設計為主,也掛滿了應節的裝飾。侍應一開始安排了我們坐到近廚房的高檯位置,剛坐下來便聞到一陣怪味,待了幾分鐘後最終也忍不住要求調位。侍應幫我們調到近門口的二人位,由於該位置背後有柱位,靠牆位置稍為迫狹但仍可接受,而且侍應亦有事先知會該位置或會有少許迫逼,問我們是否介意後才幫忙調位。另外,一入座時他們也拿了儲物籃給我們擺放袋子,感覺服務是體貼而細心的。假日的Brunch餐牌,男友選了E餐「炭烤安格斯牛扒蜜糖芥末脆法包配薯條」,而我選了H餐「香焗法國鵝肝、黑松露、炒蛋、芝士脆軟包配薯條」。兩款價錢均是$65+10%。其實一開始看見H餐我以為會像all day breakfast一樣散件上的 ,即是鵝肝還鵝肝,黑松露炒蛋還黑松露炒蛋,軟包還軟包。幸好點餐前有上來看看圖片,發現原來H餐是一個包,鵝肝、黑松露和炒蛋是配料,不然就誤會大了Brunch餐點附送的一小杯鮮橙汁,

假日的Brunch餐牌,男友選了E餐「炭烤安格斯牛扒蜜糖芥末脆法包配薯條」,
而我選了H餐「香焗法國鵝肝、黑松露、炒蛋、芝士脆軟包配薯條」。兩款價錢均是$65+10%。
其實一開始看見H餐我以為會像all day breakfast一樣散件上的 ,即是鵝肝還鵝肝,黑松露炒蛋還黑松露炒蛋,軟包還軟包。

男友的牛扒脆法包,法包感覺對版,咬下去脆口乾身但不會過硬。薄身的安格斯牛扒不缺牛味,配上蜜糖芥末,
男友說不比越南的法包差呢。另外配上黑醋汁沙律菜和蓍角,看網上圖片是配波浪薯條的,不過我本人是比較喜歡蓍角!

不要緊,內涵比外表更重要,先來看一下包中配料,再試試味道,看看是否可以彌補外型的不足。
芝士是片裝芝士;黑松露只有一小羹;炒蛋看上去不太老,還保有蛋汁;而鵝肝...我原以為是完整鵝肝,想不到是鵝肝醬...
來試一下味道吧,黑松露、炒蛋和鵝肝的香氣併存,可惜的是鵝肝醬始終不及完整鵝肝香口,也沒有豐腴的油脂質感。但總體味道其實不差。

(最後我們發現,怪味源自餐墊!調位後一直都聞不到,結帳離去前我低頭整理衣服時靠近餐墊就聞到熟悉的味道了!希望餐廳留意到問題,始終這種餐墊難清洗,但如果抹布不乾淨,味道便會留在餐墊上

今日行開荃灣廣場,見到後面街有咁多餐廳,就揀咗呢間西餐廳。入面都幾多人,都等左一陣位。兩個人叫咗兩個餐同埋一個小食。白酒煮蜆,蜆肉一啲都唔細粒,啖啖肉,抵食有餐包送仲有餐前小食送添,今日係炸芝士條,有拉絲效果餐湯係西蘭花忌廉湯,口感豐富又有沙律食,配咗啲酸醋更開胃主菜係香煎法國鵝肝配美國安格斯牛柳,五成熟,賣相唔錯,配埋薯蓉creamy。醬汁係蒜蓉汁,不過個人比較鍾意配鹽另一個主菜係香焗法國鵝肝黑松露巴馬臣芝士忌廉意粉,呢個就比較一般,黑松露味唔夠,鵝肝亦都焗得比較腍身,仲有少少腥。如果配返煎鵝肝會好好多

炭燒美國牛肩扒 $148。

其實都食過好多次 今次打食評真係讚下cossi 幫襯過咁多次 依然keep到高水準 平時食下午茶多既 因為5x蚊就食到個巨型安格斯再加薯條 真係幾抵 件牛仲要係好食好重牛味。 又有時同朋友黎食晚餐 兩個人埋單都係4百幾 食物質素高 氣氛好 坐得又舒服 服務態度非常好 講真出面食起碼5舊水一個人先有呢種質素 希望cossi長做長有啦!
