最後就係金華火腿津白。非常欣賞佢地將啲津白切成一片片,唔會食得好辛苦。而且非常入味,自己非常鐘意飲上湯,所以呢道菜好味~


整體而言,無論環境同埋食物都適合嚟同朋友聚會,而且價錢唔貴,可以再encore👍🏼

小籠包是上海菜的代表,身為上海人的我都好喜歡吃小籠包,我覺得最重要就是皮薄餡靚!今日去翡翠拉麵小籠包食Lunch,第一時間當然就係叫一客小籠包。小籠包有四個,一開蓋已經是熱辣辣的,再仔細看看,皮很薄,還可以看到皮內的湯和肉!加了醋便夾起,雖然皮薄,但沒有穿,整個放入口還是完整的一個,一咬下去湯很濃味,熱辣辣的很滋味,豬肉有一點肥豬肉所以幾好嚼勁!擔擔麵也是我的最愛,這個麵質很幼細,而且也有貼心的剪麵!湯底有點微辣,再加上適量的花生醬,味道一流。白灼菜心,我好欣賞那些店員,我們說要「淋啲」佢哋真的記得,咀嚼時真的感覺真的很淋,不用用九牛二虎之力去咬!貴的價錢,在於貼心的服務吧!

聖誕元旦都好多好野,今晚想清清地食下粉麵就算,首要推介:翡翠拉麵小籠包。我地兩個人唔係叫左好多野,先叫左個「嫩雞煨麵」,煨麵內有白菜仔、菇、雞肉同麵,先講湯底,比實小辣 呢間既清湯幾好,飲完唔會口渴,唔會feel到味精,雞肉稱得上是嫩雞,所以都比較嫩滑。麵質好林,浸住湯都係得少少發漲,唔會覺得太膩,林身既麵老人家食就岩晒!之後我地叫左一條銀絲卷,我地怕熱身所以叫左條蒸既,有少少遺憾就係唔係蒸籠上,係碟上所以其實要盡快食!銀絲卷質地很滑,咬開入面是一絲絲清晰分明,而且充滿饅頭香味,但比饅頭軟熟,配上甜甜的練奶也是食銀絲卷的最高享受:)由於唔太餓,叫左兩樣野食咋,食左45分鐘,等位等左個半鐘...這就是海港城!

之後我地叫左一條銀絲卷,我地怕熱身所以叫左條蒸既,有少少遺憾就係唔係蒸籠上,係碟上所以其實要盡快食!銀絲卷質地很滑,咬開入面是一絲絲清晰分明,而且充滿饅頭香味,但比饅頭軟熟,配上甜甜的練奶也是食銀絲卷的最高享受:)

其實以前都食過翡翠拉麵小籠包,但味道同服務都一般,不過今次就唔同哂,感覺變好了。
食物味道有提升,而且服務極好,貼心又時時添茶,點菜同結帳都好易叫到服務員,環境乾淨,整體感覺都好好。
而家連手工啤都有,小籠包又有特式口味。

我最愛的上海菜就是小籠包,所以必點一籠。小籠包被筷子挖開、擠爆外層,令湯汁、肉餡相繼流出。其實傳統正宗食法,應該會要由小籠包的頂端開始進食,首先咬一啖細味品嚐,然後將小籠包放在湯匙上,讓湯汁慢慢流出,再加入鎮江醋一啖放入口。其皮薄餡靚,肉汁鮮味,湯汁濃厚,是為上乘。

Probably won't visit again in near future, very sad. Hope they will improve soon.
The waitresses keep chatting and not helpful. Need to ask few times to take order and get the check. One of them are so rude that she push my arm and pour rea across my face when I am talking with my friend then said to me "I add water". It will be good if can let me know first instead of push me to add tea....
