開年飯國金軒好有生意頭腦,開年飯做2輪,食客早15分鐘到,就唯有乖乖呆等。食物味道唔錯,但唔係好好(菜太油,腸粉普通),價錢貴,所以性價比低,但因為地點係IFC而且景觀好,所以唔憂做,在商言商又無錯。

Situated in the center of IFC Mall = convenient for lunch during shopping or after a visit to the cinema Quality of the food = I love the lunch set but it’s not cheap at HK$500/person +10%The service is good so no complain. Deco is nice you can see the views of the harbour from the floor to ceiling glasses which is spacious and bright. During the weekday lunch set, the cheaper version allows you to choose two main dishes and either fried rice or friend noodle. I love the desert, not too sweet.

食左唔夠八碟點心,每碟分到一啖,老實講真係唔飽,但係再食落去又要再洗多幾百蚊,最後都係算數去揾拉麵填肚算。

今日好多地方都book唔到位,所以最後去咗國金軒。我哋叫咗個XO醬菌王涼拌帶子,有藏紅花同少少XO醬吊味,雖然得四粒但都幾好食!最鍾意食個夏威夷木瓜薄荷牛柳粒,木瓜好甜,牛柳粒都好林個香煎鱈魚扒都外脆內軟,魚肉好鮮嫩,啲蔥都好好食,雖然點菜之前以為就咁煎,但原來係炸嘅,不過炸得都唔算好油,所以都係好食的烤雞就正常,都ok,皮脆肉嫩!整體都算唔錯P.S. 原來用Citibank信用卡或AE信用卡都有九折優惠!

烤雞就正常,都ok,皮脆肉嫩!整體都算唔錯

今天約了好友午餐,為了遷就他的工作地點,就在IFC隨便選擇了國金軒。可能是由於訂座訂得太遲,電話中已得知會被安排坐到門口的那一枱。準時一點到達,亦如所料坐上了最近接待處走廊旁的這一枱。雖然是在走廊旁邊,但也沒有不自然的感覺,反而覺得很有寧靜的私人空間,因為只有隔鄰一枱二人在用饍。唯一缺點是冷氣不太夠,沒有太涼快的感覺。室內環境是一流的,絕對是IFC應有的水準。員工的服務態度亦是酒店級,由經理到侍應甚至傳菜員也是笑容可恭,充滿工作熱誠,辦事效率亦高。包括其中一位不小心在上菜時打翻了鼓油碟的那位同事。小小意外,不足以扣分,反而是他處理這小意外時的細心和態度,令我們完全沒有不快的感覺。應予加分。簡單的午飯,至在聊天,所以兩人只隨便點了四款點心和後加了一個甜點。本人喜歡舊式點心,所以選擇了最普通的蝦餃,叉燒包,牛肉腸和XO醬炒蘿皂糕。甜點則是一個什麼咖啡味的東西,名字記不起了。茶錢$25一位,很合理外皮比較厚硬,有點失望,整體還算可以,算出來每粒蝦餃值$30,價錢不是問題,但我總是習慣了一籠四粒的設定,三粒好像很小氣似的。叉燒包外皮鬆軟,饀料足,味道調較得很對我的口味,再多也吃得下。姫松茸牛肉

本來是想吃一個什麼楊枝金露芒果布甸的,但朋友好像不太有興趣,所以改選了這個咖啡凍糕。咖啡凍糕本身不太甜,清清的作為午後甜品很稱職。反而是裝飾的蓮藕片下那一團奶皇醬就不得了,出奇地美味, 甜而不漏,誇張點說,簡直令我有幸福的感覺,結果給我全部吃掉了。

這餐點心連加一小費一共$500. 在中環來說不算貴。但若不預早訂枱,相信可以找到座位的機會應該很低。

總括來說,國金軒是午飯聊天的好地方,寧靜優雅,服務一流。食物質數則還有進步空間。

the food came super quick and I must say say its quite delicious. I would highly recommend the roasted pork belly
it was crispy and it just simply melts into your mouth


the congee is the other dish I would recommend. it looks bland yes but its super tasty. it felt smooth and silky and the fish was garoupa and that was oh so nice and sweet. the fish had excellent texture and was well complemented by the smooth congee.

最後一提的是這店的招呼服務,個人覺得以fine dining的標準來説是不太稱職,例如全餐飯都沒有為我們的茶壺主動加水,往往要我們要求添加;又或之前説的片皮鴨,很大機會是執刀者處理時間過長,所以放涼了遲遲未上菜;招呼態度有欠親切,缺乏咗那種真誠親和感,這方面有待改善!
整餐飯約$9xxx埋單,每位消費約$1400,在中環這級數的餐廳用膳,雖然整體食物質素除了個別問題之外,大都是有驚喜的,還是覺得貴了一點,而如果與尖沙咀分店比較,我會選擇後者。
